O atendimento dos funcionários.
Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto possui banheiro e lavabo, o que é muito cômodo. O quarto também conta com fogão e micro-ondas. Café da manhã é bem variado e bom. Equipe cordial.
O sofá-cama na sala é de péssima qualidade, sendo muito desconfortável para dormir. Portanto, o quarto é recomendável somente para 2 pessoas. Se o terceiro tiver de dormir no sofá-cama, é recomendável que procure outro hotel.
Localizacao
Tamanho do apto, localização, limpeza. Roupas de cama impecáveis e de qualidade.

Precisam melhorar toalhas de banho e sabonetes que são de baixa qualidade.
O sofá do apto 704 está quebrado. Não fez diferença pq não utilizamos.

Quartos amplos, ter o lavabo é excelente. Limpeza sem reparos a fazer. Atendimento muito bom.
1) Tinha um vazamento no box (apto. 808); 2) o café da manhã poderia contar com mais raízes e pães sem gçutem.
