Самый обычный отель, без особой атмосферы. У нас был люкс, который по сути являлся двумя смежными номерами, соединенными дверью. Было чисто, но как-то неуютно. Персонал был абсолютно безликий, без тени улыбки. Завтрак был неплохой, но вокруг всё время сновали работники, немного мешая и отвлекая. Мы остановились в этом отеле проездом на сутки, и я была рада, когда мы выехали.

Personal de excelencia, ubicación y limpieza excelente
Pros:

Me hospedo aquí desde hace años, siempre que vengo sola o con mi familia a la ciudad. La ubicación es perfecta, taxis en la puerta, parking privado, bien sonorizado todo, un hotel muy completo en todos los aspectos, desayunos excelentes y un restaurante/bar muy bueno

Cons:

Creo que hace falta renovar las alfombras, piden jubilarse ya ....
pero lo urgente realmente son las almohadas, no se podría llamarlas como tal, muy desgastadas, prácticamente planas y con grumos ya de tanto usarlas , ni uno de los 4 que nos hospedamos no tuvimos una almohada en condiciones.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel, aber mit gravierenden Mängeln beim Service
Pros:

Das Positive: Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, die Zimmer waren groß und komfortabel möbliert, das Bett war bequem und dank einer guten Isolierung war die nahe gelegene laute Straße so gut wie nicht hörbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und immer gut befüllt. Das Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leiter hat der schlechte Service bei der Zimmerreinigung den wirklich guten Eindruck stark getrübt. Zweimal fand gar keine Reinigung statt, oft wurde schlecht gearbeitet: Bad nicht richtig geputzt, Geschirr vom Frühstück wurde stehengelassen, benutzte, für das Zimmer bestimmte Gläser wurden nicht gereinigt bzw. ausgetauscht. Und einmal haben wir das Frühstück, das wir aufs Zimmer bestellt hatten, schlichtweg nicht bekommen, beim zweiten Mal fehlte das Besteck. Kurios: Nachdem die Kosmetiktücher im Bad verbraucht waren, hat man einfach eine Rolle Klopapier auf die leere Packung gestellt. Schade, dass hier die Qualität offenbar keine Rolle spielt. Das Restaurant bietet eine gute Küche. Leider waren die Räume geschlossen und wir mussten das Essen vor der Bar einnehmen - begleitet von lautstark angetrunkenen Gästen. Unser Eindruck: Das Hotel ist stark auf Tagungen und Veranstaltungen ausgerichtet, weniger auf Individualtourismus mit anderen Ansprüchen.

Bussiparkkimahdollisuus hotellin parkkialueella. Kulman takana myös Zabka -kauppa, josta evästä yömyöhälläkin
