la comida pesima, ponen normas como no subir bicicletas en ascensores y no las cumplen, un grupo grande de niños molestando, metiendo la mano en la comida y nadie hace nada, mi tia se cayo en la puerta del hotel y nadie de recepcion ni hotel fue a ayudarla. y la limpieza? ahi no limpian.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y las camas eran cómodas. El parking de 2 plantas y que haya 2 piscinas

Cons:

El desayuno es solo hasta las 10 y es un poco agobiante que haya tanta gente. La calidad esperaba que fuera mejor aunque hay variedad.

Necesita mejorar, sobre todo en limpieza.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena y cerca hay muchos sitios para comer. El desayuno está bien aunque es caótico con toda la gente que hay. El personal es bastante amable.

Cons:

El primer día llegamos a las 13:00 y no nos dieron la habitación hasta las 16:30. Nos la dieron con la terraza sucia con restos de comida de la familia que hubiera estado anteriormente, las mesillas de la habitación con manchas y la mesa también sucia. En el suelo había algunos pelos (he de decir que el color del suelo no ayuda nada). Al menos el baño si estaba limpio. Se nota que el personal va muy sobre cargado y hacen lo que pueden. No me gusta que un negocio que trate así a sus trabajadores.

Otro día nos fuimos a la playa y al volver 4 horas después la habitación seguía sin hacerse. La hicieron a las 15:30.

Las instalaciones necesitan una renovación.

El parking es estrecho.

Hubo un problema importante de higiene en la zona del comedor que reclamé formalmente y no recibí ningún tipo de respuesta por parte del personal del hotel ni de la cadena. Decepcionante la poca atención al cliente habiéndose tratado además de un problema que afectaba a la seguridad sanitaria

Dececionante pelo preço que pedem.
Cons:

Quartos péssimos, antigos, sem isolamento, sujos de cabelos lixo de outras pessoas cotão , paredes sujas , sem luz no quarto a não ser lâmpadas pequenas, a janela da varanda não fechava, as cortinas cheias de manchas , 4 estrelas só se for a parte do exterior e a localização .
