Excellent stay!
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, and very comfortable. Everything is clean and very welcoming. Rooms have a wonderful view to the Caraiman. The food was really great, and they offer a tasty breakfast. The staff is kind and ready to help, making a visit completely easy flowing. You feel like in a family.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the big balcony of the room; I had some work left to do over the weekend, and actually doing it with a mountain view was so much more enjoyable than at home.
The food was excellent, especially the truffle rissoto, and as dessert, the chocolate cheesecake. The restaurant changed the menu since 5 years ago when I was last here, so I was glad to enjoy new dishes.
The room is really big and spacious, and I personally really liked that the bathroom had Rituals soap, shampoo, and shower gel, as they are my favourite products on the market.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there were a lot of kids in the hotel. I believe that small children in a five-star hotel should not be allowed, because they make a lot of noise, they run around the restaurant at breakfast, and they shout and run down the halls, which can be heard from the room.
