Pros:

We had a perfect stay in San Paolo! The room was very spacious with a great balcony overlooking the garden next to the hotel. It was more like a terrace because of the size of it. Everything spotlessly clean. Location was perfect just by the harbour with all the restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Anna Maria and all her colleagues were amazing. We will be bak!

Non mi è piaciuto per niente ...il trattamento "colazione inclusa" in cui ho dovuto pagare la colazione fatta con cappuccino, caffè e cornetto ricevendo una colazione parziale inclusa ...pagando il cappuccino come extra al costo di 4€ ed il caffè anche extra al costo di 3€. Non mi è sembrata una dicitura trasparente "colazione inclusa" se escludi stando in Italia Cappuccino e Caffè che sono la "bibbia" come colazione in Italia.... e San Paolo dovrebbe saperlo !!

La struttura è antica e sarebbe meravigliosa in una posizione magica..gli interni però non sono tanto curati e la pulizi

Sono intollerante al latte e per colazione ho chiesto se c’era la possibilità di avere un latte macchiato senza lattosio, e si me lo hanno portato ma facendomelo pagare come extra

Non abbiamo apprezzato la presenza della moquette sia in camera che negli spazi comuni perché consumata e macchiata. La struttura, che potenzialmente è molto promettente, necessita di un intervento di sistemazione e ammodernamento.
