Cons:

El baño tenía un mal olor , nos ofrecieron cambio a otro hotel 1 noche y à la siguiente nos dieron otra habitación. Gracias al personal q pudo resolver.

Location und Frühstücks und Bett

Cons:

1- Kurtaxen 7 CHF ein Nacht, und
2- 100 CHF deposit für unnötig. Ich lebe in Schweiz. Ich zahle digital Zahlung. Besonders in der schweiz brauche kein Bar Geld oder Bank Card.. Mein Google Wallet irgendwie kann nicht bezahlen 100 CHF. Aber 7 CHF geht. Und muss mit Card zahlen. Aber ich habe 100 CHF bar dabei von mein Patenkind. Das habe ich depo gegeben kann sein neue System in St Moritz

Pros:

Czysto, dobra lokalizacja. Smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji przenosił się z łazienki do pokoju. Łóżko podwójne było łączone z dwóch pojedynczych i robiła się szczelina pomiędzy materacami. W tej cenie powinno być wygodniej.

Hotel ohne Charme
Pros:

Schönes, grosses Zimmer. Modern und freundlich, bequemes Bett, Fenster gut isoliert (schützt vor Strassenlärm). Reichhaltiges Frühstück

Cons:

Das Fenster bot einen Ausblick an eine Hauswand. Das Bad war sehr klein. Die Duschbrause müsste dringend entkalkt werden (spritzte in alle Richtungen).

Ganz traurig war der Spa-Bereich. Sehr schade, dass dieser so offensichtlich vernachlässigt wird. Die Duschen waren eine Katastrophe. Die verschiedenen Brausen waren nicht benutzbar, da fast kein Wasser floss.

Der Empfang durch die junge Dame an der Rezeption war nicht gerade herzlich. Kein "Willkommen" oder "Schön, dass sie hier sind", nur "Ausweisdokument bitte!". Während der Anmeldung erkundigte sie sich dann doch noch nach unserer Anreise - ohne aufzuschauen. Sehr schade!

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr dunkel, die Gipfeli waren wohl aufgebacken, das Personal sprach uns auf Englisch an.

Pros:

The location was convenient with public bus transport just outside the hotel. Close to Coop supermarket which is very good . Our room was comfortable and clean and serviced each day. The breakfast included in our room price was adequate for our needs. Access to the walkway along the lake was close.

Cons:

We found the actual entry to the hotel was almost hidden as it was just a single door entry from the footpath with no obvious brand to welcome you. The reception was also “hidden” from the entry and we had to follow signage from the entry corridor to locate reception.
