Walls scratched, could use a refresher paint

Liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstrasse. Fenster konnte daher nicht geöffnet werden in der Nacht, zu laut.

Przy ruchliwej ulicy, odgłosy samochodów a ponieważ nie ma klimatyzacji spanie przy otwartym oknie jest męczące. Do tego światła na budynku mocno oświetlają pokój w nocy. Są grube zasłony, ale wówczas powietrze z okien nie wlatuje do pokoju. Ogromny plus to wygodne łóżka i dobra pościel.

Firstly, hotel asked for credit card details. That feels offensive, because other hotels does not do that. That made us feel unsafe in their hotel.

Mold. There was a mold in the bathroom, silicone was old and black. On the 2nd day we informed hotel about the situation with mold, and we got offered a bigger room, but the bathroom was old anyways. We wasted 2 -3 hours to talk to the receptionist, pack our luggages for moving to another room, keep our luggages and clothes in bags in their unsafe storage and unpack again. We could not enjoy the mountains for these 2-3 hours, because we had to come back to move. Hotel did not offer a solution to save time for us (for ex. clean their rooms later or compensate us). Receptionists were pleasant, but Hotels attitude towards clients was not good.

Breakfast lady asked if we speak russian. I feel that this is offensive, considering that our country was occupied by russians and she was surprised when we said that we dont.

Breakfast options were medium. Missing iron and ironing board in the room.

Old TVs, forget Netlix before bed time.

- I am very surprised about the positive reviews of this hotel. Dear people it’s 21st century and this hotel does not have air conditioning. Can you imagine how hot it was inside during one of the hottest summers that Switzerland has seen in the recent decade ? You can of course open the window at night but the traffic noise is a killer.
- our room was spacious, but the walls were dirty and the tub was completely clogged, like you were taking a shower and in a matter of second standing in 4cm of water …
- their sauna area is a joke, it’s one giant mold, I’m curious how it is possible that it’s open to the public
- staff is weird, they ask you questions that I guess the management told them they have to ask to seem like they care but their attitude is more of “I don’t give a damn”
- honestly, all those reviews leaving them with a rating higher than 6 are completely unjustified, for the price that you have to pay this hotel does not offer anything other than a convenient location if you have to stay close to St. moritz bad

Tmavé, vybydlené pokoje, špinavé.

The breakfast was average, and they had run out of some basic things when we went down at 9.30am, and the staff didn't seem that bothered about it. Streetside room was noisy at night

Niente da segnalare.

Pour le prix de la nuit on s’attend à beaucoup mieux sur les prestations de l’appartement (une vitre brisée dans la salle de bain, un carreau de balcon brisé également et un dégât des eaux qui a été réparé certes mais d’une façon je dirai non professionnel… cf photo)
Le breakfast est décevant également tant sur le choix que sur la qualité des produits et ne parlons pas de l’amabilité du personnel que nous avons croisé le matin de notre départ à l’accueil (aucun regard lorsque nous lui parlons ni même lorsqu’elle nous parle, elle nous prend pour des idiots lorsque nous mentionnons la guest card pour l’utilisation des bus en nous disant « connais pas » puis lorsque nous insistons « ah oui mais faut 2 nuits minimum » tiens tiens !! Bref je ne renouvèlerai pas et très honnêtement vous êtes sur côté pour ce que vous valez il vous faudrait revoir ce que j’ai l’habitude d’appeler la relation client.

There was no light in the kitchen and the one in the hallway flickered on and off constantly. The balcony glass had clearly been hit and some point and was completely shattered (safety glass). We did let the property know and they said it was due to be fixed the following day.

Nichts, alles war gut.

In der Nacht war es laut; auf dem Nachbarbalkon wurde bis 2 Uhr laut geredet, geraucht und gekifft. Der Rauch zog sehr unangenehm in unser Zimmer.

Das Einschlafen bis 2 Uhr war unmöglich!
