Important information:

Spa services require advance booking and are not included in room rate (excluding special offers).

The indoor pool is part of the spa.

Entrance to the Spa is not allowed for people under 16 years of age and is not recommended for pregnant women.

The hydrotherapy zone includes a relaxation area, whirlpool, pediluvium and Turkish bath (charges are applicable; use must not exceed 60 minutes).

Equipment needed includes a cap and a bathing suit or bikini.

The spa's opening hours are 09:00 to 20:00, except on Sundays, when they are 09:00 to 17.00.

Babysitting services are at an extra fee and require an advance booking of at least 48 hours.

When booking half board or full board, please note that drinks are not included.

The Thermal Hydrotherapy Circuit is temporarily closed from 06/07/2026 to 21/07/2026.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Frustrating, but the place could be lovely with a few adjustments.
Pros:

Swimming pool is fantastic, full 25m pool and open any time.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. Barely any space around the bed.
We paid over €300 and were not told when booking that the hotel was being renovated. So full construction sound effects and vibration from 8am. Most of the spa elements were closed, which again we didn't know before booking. We accepted that, so instead decided to play tennis and pool with the kids. Then we were told that it costs an extra €5 to play tennis and an extra €3 to play pool...in an otherwise mostly empty hotel and on a pool table that was like concrete, having already paid €300, this seemed very petty, especially given the renovation works going on all around us.
