Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub😁
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, super netter und aufmerksamer Service beim reichhaltigen und guten Frühstück, sehr schöner neuer Wellnessbereich mit zwei Saunen, frisches Zitronen-Minze-Wasser immer vorbereitet, toller Blick auf die Berge aus der Sauna und dem Schwimmbad.
Zimmer groß und schön eingerichtet, allerdings ein wenig verwohnt, wie auch im Aussenbereich gibt es hier ein wenig Verbesserungspotential. Eine sehr gute Physiotherapeutin rundet das Ganze ab, also Wellness wie es sein sollte. Sehr zentrumsnah und gegenüber vom Golfplatz gelegen, vielen Dank für diesen erholsamen Kurzurlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment, quiet location with plenty of good restaurants within five minutes' walk.
Pros:

Reception staff - especially Cynthia - were charming, friendly and helpful. 'Residence 4' (our apartment). was modern, clean, spacious and well-equipped. Excellent breakfast choice and quality. First class parking in underground car park on site.

Dobrá dispozice ,blízko centra. Domácí atmosféra a velmi dobrá snídaně
Pros:

vše domácí s maximální péčí o zákazníka. Opravdu jsme se cítili moc dobře. Sauna je malá , ale velice příjemná. Parkování zajištěno v podzemních garážích. Dobrá dispozice , blízko centra.

heel uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Kraaknet. Ruime kamer, gezellig. Meer dan we hadden verwacht.

Cons:

Alles was top! klein minpuntje: kosten voor klein hondje zijn aan de hoge kant.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Praktisch sind auch die Tiefgarage und die vielen Parkplätze. Kaffee und Softgetränke konnten jederzeit unkompliziert aufs Zimmer gebucht werden. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Pros:

We stayed in a family suite on the main level with 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The suite was awesome, very nice set up with a full kitchen. Awesome patio with great views. The hotel also has ski room where you can leave all of your equipment safe inside the hotel and dry your boots. Outside parking with electric charger for our plug-in vehicle was free. There is also underground garage parking. The pool was awesome but i wish the water was warmer for the kids, they said it was heated to 32C but there was no way that was 32C. The SPA with sauna and steam room and cold shower was very nice, they had extra towels and lemon-mint water available. There is also a kids play area in the hotel which was awesome. We didnt chose to have breakfast but it looked good. you can also walk into the breakfast area 24 hours and get drinks or snacks and just charge it to your room. Location was also awesome just 3 min drive to the ski area and 5 min walking to the train station and the downtown area. There is also a grocery/market near buy. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't offer any cleaning of the family suite we stayed at. We had a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom family suite on the main level which was awesome, but they don't come in to clean it. We stayed 7 days and they even leave you anything to clean such as a vacuum or a broom. We were with kids so we had to clean the floor by hand during the 7 days. Also you only get one set of towels and robes for the whole set, if you want to use more then one towel in 7 days, or more than one towel during your stay you have to pay 10 euros which is crazy, i have never heard of that.
