Da localização próximo a estão de Atocha. Limpeza e atendimento. Café da manhã ótimo. O restaurante para jantar uma opção maravilhosa. Comida e atendimento de primeira.

Reception staff did not performed to the expectation of guests.

Cons:

Limited breakfast choice and reception staff not doing job well. We showed Elena the membership number on Marriott App for recording the stay. She appeared that she had input the information into the system but it turned out that only bookings made under the registered member can count towards the membership points. Elena didn’t tell us this but just said she had input the information. She also told us that the room given to us was quiet but it was noisy at night and the room type was not the same as that indicated in our booking.
