Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy confortables y el personal que atiende al llegar y salir son muy amables.

Cons:

Tal vez que el personal que atiende en el restorán, durante el desayuno, podría ser algo más cuidadoso en el trato y cuidarse de circular tanto por el salón.

Pros:

Very comfortable throughout - very good quality - lovely staff - reception and eating areas. The menu was imaginative including some Spanish signature dishes - great for an International hotel. The location beside Atocha station is perfect for train travel. AND AC Marriott Atocha has a garden. In a very urban area. Congratulations

Cons:

At 10.30pm I was moved room because of a plumbing problem. I think this is too late to move somebody. I had to dress, pack .... loose sleep. The very nice staff kept saying "its not our fault"

Boas instalações.

Cons:

As cobertas não contém lençóis apenas um saco com edredon dentro. Como o ar condicionado não pode ser regulado, a administração do hotel decide qual a melhor temperatura que para nós não estava adequado, foi muito desconfortável ( ora necessitavamos nos cobrir , ora descobrir) não foi uma noite agradável.
O chuveiro foi um caos. Ou muito quente ou frio, a regulagem não funciona.

Functional if you need to be near the train station.
Pros:

It is working walking distance of train station. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

It is separated into two blocks. We had to get two elevators and cross an internal yard simply to enter and leave our room

Il rapporto qualità / prezzo rispetto agli altri hotel di Madrid. Molto pulito e silenzioso. Ottimo materasso. Macchinetta Nespresso con bicchierini usa e getta (finalmente un hotel che non lava le tazzine in bagno!). Personale davvero gentile
