My only complaint would be that the towel warmer in the bathroom didn't work. This would normally not be something I'd even notice but I'm this instance I was trying to dry some socks and underwear I washed in the sink...

Pros:

Aussicht ist traumhaft und der Spa war perfekt. Die Mitarbeiterin hat alle sonderwünsche organisiert. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich und hatte europäischer Standard.

Cons:

Das Hotel und die Anlagen müssten gewartet werden. Der Neubau ist in Ordnung aber die alten Gebäude sind überholt und zum Teil baufällig.
Das Restaurant ist schön aber teuer. Das Steak war zäh aber das Filet war gut.

Un cadre absolument exceptionnel face au lac de Bin El Ouidane et aux montagnes. Notre chambre Double Deluxe était spacieuse, très confortable, avec une magnifique terrasse panoramique et une excellente literie. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine, la salle de cinéma privative et notre dîner au restaurant Safran, aussi bien pour la qualité des plats que pour la vue. Très bon accueil à notre arrivée. Un séjour dépaysant dans un lieu vraiment magnifique

Cons:

Quelques détails à améliorer pour un établissement 5 étoiles : aucune bouteille d’eau dans la chambre malgré la présence d’un réfrigérateur et un room service fermé à 22h, ce que nous n’avions pas été informés à notre arrivée. L’hôtel étant assez isolé, cela peut vite devenir contraignant. Le petit-déjeuner est généreux et varié, mais son organisation pourrait être améliorée, notamment en mettant davantage en valeur les spécialités marocaines. L’accueil à l’entrée du petit-déjeuner pourrait également être plus chaleureux et attentif.

C’est dommage une seule tomates gâche le carton entier à vous de voir surtout le matin

L accueil était parfait je parle du personnel delà réception surtout je crois qu’elle s’appelle rajah rien à dire vraiment au petit soins par contre trop mauvaise expérience avec le chef de la salle du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Le chef de restaurant (petit déjeuner) trop fier de sa personne un poste qui ne lui convient pas dans cet établissement
