Pros:

I liked the staff who works in restaurant, they treat in a good manner ans also they treat respectfuly and friendship, the room was cleand and equip with refrigerator, airconditioner, clean bathroom

Cons:

The people which work in reception arn't fluent in English, and most of the time they couldn't understand what I want, I said them that I want to buy Indian sim card but they didn't help me in anyway, they weren't aware of the location which is the near hotel, in front of the hotel there are a lots of horses and when you get out from hotel you smell fruthy odor, that was horrible.

A Really Good Contender!
Pros:

Hometel was the 3rd stay in our hotel exploration in the tricity area, and surprisingly good for a last minute decision! The hotel is clearly upscaling and very conveniently located near Elante Mall. All things aside, meeting Chef Akash and the restaurant team was the highlight. We were pleasantly surprised to meet such a stark professional with such pedigree in this hotel. The kitchen team is under fabulous leadership, and hopefully that will soon result in higher standards throughout. Best of luck to the team - The Channas.

Cons:

There were many positives, however the Front Office department (from their rather weird attire), bit unfriendly attitude, slowness of service did not go unnoticed. As hospitality insiders, we have extremely high attention to detail - so weren't expecting Oberoi standards, but genuine kindness is free and a core hospitality trait.

Second time visit great service good fun .
Pros:

This was my second visit and I simply love this hotel and their service. You feel like you are visiting someone house as the staff is so kind and caring . Breakfast is lovely and coffee is excellent . Rooms are great newly designed with very good linens and cleanliness . Its kind of a 5 star hotel when it comes to service. Also the Elante mall is only a minute walk so that good fun for time pass .

Cons:

All was good except I wish they could have a pool .

One comfortable room with big screen on the wall. Though room was pretty small but it was cosy n relaxing.

Cons:

Toilet flush was a bit problam but after trying again n again it worked.

The staff is exceptional in their efforts and behavior . Technically its a 4 star hotel but provides an experience and hospitality better than a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a great with custom made dishes to your preferences. Love their coffee , i used to drink 3 black coffee every morning in breakfast. The rooms are new and very modern as well as clean .I think i love this hotel .And yes its very close like walking distance to Elante mall , although i am not really a mall type of person .

Cons:

Everything was great . Nothing to complaint . I wish they could have a swimming pool .
