Pros:

The staff is exceptional in their efforts and behavior . Technically its a 4 star hotel but provides an experience and hospitality better than a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a great with custom made dishes to your preferences. Love their coffee , i used to drink 3 black coffee every morning in breakfast. The rooms are new and very modern as well as clean .I think i love this hotel .And yes its very close like walking distance to Elante mall , although i am not really a mall type of person .

Cons:

Everything was great . Nothing to complaint . I wish they could have a swimming pool .

It was a good experience
Pros:

Very clean and good property with all necessary facilities available. Extremely well behaved and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. The staff was very courteous and helpful in allowing us early check in and guiding us in navigating in Chandigarh, as we were travelling to Chandigarh for the first time.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is in an industrial area and hence, apart from Ellante mall, there was no major sight seeing location in its vicinity. Though, getting an Uber was not very difficult.
