概ねよかったです。
Pros:

いつも東京へ行くと宿泊しますがとてもいいと思います。ランドリーも前は二台のみでしたが今回は四台に増えていました。また朝食の際、タンブラーを持って氷入り水を入れたいとお願いしたら快く入れさせてもらえました。そして朝食はとても美味しいです。

Cons:

手続きの時リーガロイヤル会員かと聞かれたんですが(前回勧められてアプリは入れました)、予約はブッキングコムと伝えると、対応が急に雑になったのが気になりました。

Great family stay
Pros:

It was a very great stay! The hotel is perfectly clean, the staff is extremely polite. You can change currency, exchange to coins, do laundry, order luggage delivery- all in one place. The room was spacious with the spectacular city view. The breakfast is so delicious!Absolutely recommend!!!
