Staff described as friendly, responsive and English-speaking in many reviews, but a few guests reported brusque or inconsistent treatment at check-in and occasional lapses in complimentary water/service.
Location
9.5
Consistently highlighted as a major strength: quiet neighbourhood, excellent metro connections, walking distance to attractions (Imperial Palace) and convenience stores nearby.
Room Quality

Rooms often noted for great views, cleanliness and sufficient size on higher floors; several guests reported small rooms or relatively firm beds.
Amenities

Limited leisure amenities for a large conference hotel (no rooftop pool/lounge); laundry and basic facilities present and improved but overall offering is modest.

Overall positive stays noted by many: comfortable, quiet, clean with excellent location and views; a few service/amenity shortcomings slightly tempered experiences for some guests.
