Serenity unlocked
Pros:

We were very warmly greeted with welcome drinks and Anddiswa walked our luggage to our room. Our stay was on the second floor with views from a shared balcony of the happenings in town and the ocean. The wood fired hot tub was a calming reprieve from the winter. The location simply could not be beat. The breakfast was simply incredible- cooked options as well as a robust service platter. The staff was lovely and made it special for all of us.

Pros:

Todo. Las vistas al mar son preciosas y desde ahí no vimos ballenas pero si poco más adelante dando un paseo. Los detalles de por la noche dejar bolsas de agua caliente, agua y un chocolate hacen que todo sea perfecto

Beautiful location
Pros:

Phenomenal location, easy check in, pleasant front desk staff.

Cons:

The beds were super hard and the bedroom we were in didn’t have adequate blinds to block out the town lights at night, so little sleep was had. The waiting staff are abrupt and like to clean up, move furniture and chat loudly while guests are eating. That didn’t make for a relaxed environment. The food was of very mixed quality.

Fabulous honeymoon stay
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our South African honeymoon, mostly to see the whales but wow the room and hotel did not disappoint! They provided decorations for our honeymoon and a bottle of bubbly on ice in the room, recommend enjoying in the bath watching the whales out the window! The breakfast and scones we had were also amazing! Great hotel!

A pleasant stay
Pros:

The service was always friendly and the hot breakfasts were great. Filter coffee on point! Nice touch was that we could order hot chocolate for the kids. Free scones & tea every day was also a wonderful value add!
When we needed something the service was very prompt!

Cons:

The pastries & cereal area at breakfast is very cramped. No space to move around. The wifi signal upstairs in our apartment is non-existent even though we had someone come and check and say it was fine. It wasn't.

The restaurant staff is cordial and location is central with lots of dining options nearby..Never book this hotel for sea view..they dont have proper one..photos are manipulative..
