Siamo stati bene!
Pros:

Lo staff gentilissimo, la vista dalla terrazza, il patio molto bello, gli arredi, la disponibilità del parcheggio, il wifi veloce e diffuso; l'ufficio per l'organizzazione delle gite con una fanciulla preparata. La varietà e l'abbondanza del buffet.

Cons:

L'acqua della piscina esterna era freddina (periodo inizio giugno) e i secondi piatti di carne e pesce da migliorare....

Pros:

2026年6月上旬我在Remisens Hotel Albatros-All inclusive度过了愉快的四晚。
前台、餐厅和客房的服务人员都很有礼貌；酒店有自己的免费停车场，每天停车位充足；房间干净卫生，客房人员每天都会整理房间；餐厅的餐食每天都会有些变化，除了周末的两天人多一点之外，餐位都很充足。
虽然酒店离杜布罗夫尼克有点远，但在酒店外海滩左转几十米，大约每小时都有快艇往返杜布罗夫尼克老城，往返价格€15/人，单面航程45分钟。

Cons:

入住四晚，房间里只有入住第一天有一瓶瓶装水，其余三晚房间都没有补充瓶装水。不过还好我们自己刚好带了两瓶大瓶瓶装水，所以对我们没有影响。

Lugnt, smidigt och vackert.
Pros:

Läget, lugnt och vackert och samtidigt med smidigt avstånd till både flygplats och Dubrovnik. Bra med stor pool och närheten till havet. Plus för bra gym.

Cons:

Att folk fick röka på balkonger och terrassen.

A pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helped us with an early check-in, considering that we had an early flight. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options to choose from. I especially appreciated that there were plant-based milk options available for coffee.

We had the all-inclusive package. The food was good, but not exceptional.

Cons:

The playground could be better maintained and cleaner.

Unfortunately, the coffee was not very good.

Un desastre! Tengan mucho cuidado antes de contratarlo!
Pros:

Nada porque nos estafaron!! Una lástima que dejen que un hotel 4 estrellas ( supuestamente) lo maneje gente tan poco competente.

Cons:

OJO ANTES DE CONTRATAR ESTE HOTEL! Nos alojamos 1 noche, llegamos a las 20 hs y nos tuvieron 1:30 hs esperando porque no encontraron la reserva que hicimos y pagamos por Booking. Les mostramos número de reserva, el pago que hicimos y los mensajes que recibimos de confirmación del hotel. Así y todo dijeron que no la encontraron pero que nos daban igual la habitación ( nos retuvieron los pasaportes). Nos hicieron bajar al restaurant y como demoraron tanto en atendernos, ya había cerrado ( cierra a las 21 hs) y luego de exigirles la comida por la que ya habíamos abonado ( régimen 1/2 pensión), nos enviaron a la habitacion 2 platos con un trozo de queso, tomate, lechuga y pepino ( sin bebida, porque supuestamente no les quedaba ni agua. Dijeron que eso era todo lo que había en el restaurant para que la comida no pierda la cadena de frío ( hotel 4 estrellas) y que hasta la mañana siguiente en que llegara el manager, no podian resolver nada ya que no hay ningún encargado del hotel por la noche. Nos propusieron: no cenar pero si desayunar. Resumen: nos fuimos a dormir sin comer y ni tomar nada Como estábamos exigiendo respuestas en la recepción ( cosa que claramente les molestaba), nos mandaron a un hombre de seguridad ( que a juzgar por su aroma y su presencia, parecía estar alcoholizado), hablandonos en Croata y prepoteandonos con gestos amenazantes de que si nos seguíamos quejando nos iban a meter presos! IMPRESENTABLES! TENGAN MUCHO CUIDADO! Pagamos 200 Euros por 1 noche y ni comida nos dieron! Al día siguiente, claramente nos quisimos ir después del mal trago que pasamos y le pedimos si nos podían llevar en taxi a Dubrovnik para no perder el bus y nos dijeron que no, que no estaba dentro de sus posibilidades. Peor imposible para un hotel “4 estrellas”!!

Nice place to stay in Cavtat
Pros:

A nice comfortable bed, a beautiful view, nice pool area, tasty breakfast, great location

Cons:

We arrived after midnight and the bar was already shut and the mini bar in the room was non existent but we had the pricing for it which was a big tease because we could really have done with a nice refreshment which wasn't tea or water.

The reception doesn't have enough staff and we had to queue for a while to check out and nearly missed our boat to Dubrovnik.
