The staff were very friendly and hospitable. They made our stay very memorable. The room, facilities, food and ambience of the hotel was excellent. It is situated quite close to the beach and all the shopping centres, which was very convenient.

The fact that the ACs face the bed directly.
Loved the property, the decor, the heritage vibe and most of all the hospitality. Lijo and hotel manager Elby took great care of me for 3 days. Must recommend the heritage walk. Breakfast was great with some really good live items like ghee podi dosa and seasonal cut mangoes. Loved the lounge where I could stop for a cold cocktail to escape from the summer heat.

The warm hospitality and attentiveness of the team, led by Mr Elby who has done a great job in managing the hotel. He also shared the history of the hotel and offered suggestions of activities that I could participate during my stay there. All the activities were seamlessly arranged and planned for the best days during my stay in pondicherry. The hotel also serve great lunch! This is truly one of the best experiences that I have with a boutique hotel!
Wifi can be spotty at times, but I think it's the same anywhere in pondicherry.
This hotel was in a great spot for beach, Sri Aurobindo ashram, Tamil & French quarters. It was a gorgeous heritage property with a green, calm, peaceful vibe. Great breakfast.
They didn’t make up the room each day.
