Cons:

1. L'accès direct depuis l'aéroport n'existe plus. Il faut réaliser un détour par le haut, plutôt handicapant avec des bagages. Distance de l'aéroport trop courte pour un taxi, et trop grande pour y accéder à pied sauf avec de petits bagages.

2. Chambre 301 face à des immondices, un mur et une clôture. A éviter si vous souhaitez une vue ouverte (cf photos pour les vue directes de la chambre 301).

3. Nous avons payé une chambre "vue sur mer" (cf extrait Booking.com) et avons obtenu une chambre "sans vue". Le manager a refusé de nous changer de chambre, en prétextant que "c’était
le problème de Booking.com"

It's perfect for one night after or before flying. Staff are nice.

Cons:

A bit rundown. Breakfast not great. You have to take a taxi to get there (or climb a steep road).

Great for the 4-00am flight out of Tahiti.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport. Walkable with luggage in 10 minutes.

Cons:

No restaurant although good information about local food outlets. The Aviation in the airport was good for a beer and food.

Great place if travelling in/out of PPT. The place is a bit overpriced for what it is, but it the convenience of the location that matters. Airport is walking distance, however, if travelling with many big luggage a taxi might still be necessary.
