La ubicación es insuperable y el hotel te brinda todo el confort que necesitas para recomponer energÃa. El desayuno es todo lo que está bien, variado, rico y para todos los gustos. Además la atención de todas las personas del hotel es un 10. Muy amables y atentos a todas nuestras necesidades.
Es nuestra segunda estadÃa en este hotel, lo volvimos a elegir, justamente, por los motivos antes mencionados.

La cama y sabanas de baja calidad y poco comodas
El desayuno es espectacular, muy variado. La habitacion muy cómoda, excelente vista. La ubicación es estupenda a minutos de dos mall, farmacias, lugares para comer, etc. Nos ofrecieron el late check out.
No nos fijamos que habÃan cerrado el jacuzzi y habÃamos reservado para eso porque era un plus, pero fue nuestro error.
Lo mejor que tiene es la atención del personal, además muy buen desayuno y un restorant excelente. La ubicación muy buena.
Deben mejorar las camas, o al menos, dar vuelta los colchones

Everything! Excelent location in Las Condes, near metro, close to parque Arauca. Very good hotel super excelent breakfast, nice room with a View of Los Andes, modern and clean.

Já é a segunda vez que fico no hotel e foi ótimo, tudo perto, fácil isso sem falar no conforto e o café da manhã...

La ubicación es práctica para caminar, y conectarse por metro.
El hotel es muy grande, y eso genera algunas situaciones incómodas, especialmente en el desayuno. Por otro lado, me tocó quedarme en una habitación bastante anticuada, y poco equipada. Ademas, hubo un problema con la cerradura, aparentemente por falta de mantenimiento, que implicó que tuviera que cambiar a otra habitación.
La amabilidad del personal y la comodidad y limpieza del lugar.
