Es pobre en cuanto a los elementos como jabones , shampo y en general elementos de baño. El tema de botellas dosificadas en la pared, me parece que rebaja la categoría del hotel; que son detalles que perjudican la imagen corporativa y el nombre del hotel.-
Lo primero a destacar es la excelente ubicacion, el hotel cuenta con instalaciones modernas, personal muy amable en todo momento.
La habitacion amplia, con grandes ventanales, contaba con cortinas dobles sunscreen y black out, la cama super comoda y tanto la ropa de cama y toallas de buena calidad.
El desayuno completo, variado, y con constante reposicion. La piscina en el ultimo piso de la torre, hermosa. Las fotos de la pagina no le hacen justicia a la grata experiencia que tuvimos con mi pareja. Supero mis expectativas.
Solo como detalle me hubiese gustado que la piscina temperada tenga mayor temperatura dado el clima frio de Santiago.

Mejoraría la temperatura de la piscina. Aun entendiendo que es climatizada, en epoca otoño-invierno se siente muy frìa.
