Cons:

I was a customer when my grandchildren were in middle school. They are in college now. Whenever I am in Mobile, I stay there except once when I traveled with my dog. I can tell that maybe it's time for refurbishing. Nevertheless, it will be my go to! It's clean and the staff is fantastic.

Very clean. Nice staff, I come down to Saraland around 2x a year and always stay here. Last night when checking in, the employee knew me by name.

Pros:

dinning room was clean and the lady kept food stock and was very friendly.
over all the hall computer room and the gym was clean.

Cons:

carpets dingy hall restroom needed more attention. would like to see table to sit and play board game and maybe eat snacks. would have been great if the pool was open for it was indeed a beautiful weather. by the way I forgot to let the staff know that the back door was bolted open and one of the guest informed me that the card reader was not operational and that the employee leaves it propped open so they can come in after there break.

GREAT DOG-FRIENDLY HOTEL.
Pros:

This may have been an older building, but it was kept very clean. And the staff was very good, with a positive attitude. I didn't have a single problem.
