I tried to check into this hotel every time I'm in town. I absolutely love it, and I love the restaurant bar downstairs.
My wife and kids love the space and the atmosphere. I even got my sister to switch hotels, and she stays here with us also
The only thing I don't like is that it's hard to get an early check in and that I have to pay for parking, because sometimes we have multiple vehicles.
The front desk attendant Rose was amazing. She was very attentive to the needs and always welcoming. She made our stay comfortable.
Clean and Quiet
The staff was nice
Paying for parking and the fact that it seemed that people were living in the woods next to the parking. They make you pay for parking, but have signs that you are parking at your own risk. Additionally, the rooms were not very clean. The bathroom especially. It seems run down
I did like the location of the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel's common areas was very good.
Small but noticable updates are needed. A wipe down of the room showed that a better wipe down of furniture is needed. The room was freezing when I arrived, which covered the smell of the carpet. Carpets should be shampooed monthly to keep the smell down in the rooms. I thought the price of breakfast was a little much and was not happy about having to pay for parking.

Excellent service. Very friendly staff. Bartender made me a Bloody Mary late at night with a smile even though it was a lot of work. Rose at the front desk always had a smile on her face and made me and the rest of the crew feel right at home. 5 star review for a great staff!

I stayed here for 3 nights in July.
Both check in and check out were smooth! All staff that I interacted with were extremely pleasant and professional.
I stayed in a King room. The room was clean, very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The bed itself was very comfortable. My room was so quiet, I forgot that I was in a hotel!
For convenience, you can find the coin operated guest laundry on the first floor right next to the elevators. There are 3 washing machines and 3 dryers.
Check for nightly specials for dinner at the Garden Grill and Bar. Also, there are lots of restaurants in the nearby vicinity to choose from.
I would not hesitate to stay here in the future.
Terrible
We stayed for 2 nights for a convention/meeting. Check in and check out were both very quick and efficient. Staff was always friendly. Our room was not serviced during our stay because we only stayed 2 nights and the rooms are serviced every other day of your stay. The room was ok. We were given an ADA compliant room that had features I didn't really enjoy, like the shower set up and the bed crinkling loudly when you moved, I am assuming a waterproof liner of some kind was encasing the mattress. The room was quiet, I never heard any noise from outside or above the room. Parking was plentiful. There were lots of food choices within a close driving distance. We were only able to enjoy breakfast for one morning due to early flight departure. The food was okay, the staff seemed overwhelmed with stocking the buffet line for all of the members attending our meeting. (my understanding is that the breakfast buffet is no longer included with a regular room stay and you must purchase from their restaurant). The meeting space was comfortably cold and we often gathered in the lobby where there was a lot of seating. Overall, our stay was good and I would consider staying again if it was in a regular room and not the ADA compliant one.
