Очень атмосферный отель! Ресторан просто шикарный! Обязательно вернемся еще! Завтрак выше всяких похвал!
На несколько часов отключили электричество. Мы не могли пользоваться номером в это время. Попросили о позднем выселении в счет этого времени, что не было электричества, но нам отказали. Поэтому мы не смогли принять душ (так как было темно), вскипятить чайник и насладиться утренним кофе.

Visually, the hotel is breathtaking – the antique interior and the whole atmosphere make it one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed. The food in the restaurant is good.
We booked four nights for our two-year anniversary specifically because of the spa that is heavily promoted online – and that promotion is simply false advertising. First evening: pool cold, sauna cold. After complaining, we were told the sauna "cannot get hotter due to legal regulations." On our second attempt it reached about 50°C – after half an hour we were barely sweating. That is not a sauna, that is a lukewarm room. Advertising a spa experience with a working sauna that does not exist is misleading, plain and simple. Even the bath water in our room was cold, so no bath either.
Management's response was the real low point: we were told we had "only" booked through Booking.com and paid €100 instead of the usual €300 per night – therefore no refund. Absurd logic. If you list a room on Booking.com, you deliver what you promise, regardless of price. The free massage and hamam treatment after escalating do not compensate for a four-day wellness trip without a working spa.
The restaurant is also massively overpriced – Swiss price levels, €17 for a cocktail. Mel's Cappadocia Restaurant, about 100 meters away, serves the same quality for half the price.

Most gorgeous property in Turkey. We loved EVERYTHING, the room, the pool, the restaurant, and the most beautiful breakfast of our entire trip. Staying here was like a dream, I can only hope to visit again. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff, our stay was immaculate.

С первых минут погружаешься в совершенно особенную атмосферу: старинные каменные стены, высокие своды, антикварная мебель, приглушённый свет и невероятное внимание к деталям.
Мы жили в Sacred Suite. Просторный,очень атмосферном номере, где каждая деталь продумана с любовью. Кто путешествует вдвоем-парой, добро пожаловать в этот отель , здесь только погружаешься в романтическую атмосферу.
Думаю надо было поставить биде тоже
