This hotel is racist.
Pros:

This restaurant is extremely unfriendly and exhibits severe racial discrimination. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast, the waitstaff at other tables were proactively offered napkins and breads, but our table was not. Later, when we ordered, we all ordered the same fried eggs, but the ones at other tables came with cheese, while ours did not. I asked the staff why we were being treated differently. They called the manager, who arrogantly replied that it was because we hadn’t notified them that we were coming for breakfast. I’ve traveled to so many countries and stayed at so many hotels, and I’ve never heard of guests should notify the restaurant in advance to eat breakfast at a hotel. 这家店非常不友好，有非常严重的种族歧视，我们去餐厅吃早餐，其他桌服务员都会主动提供餐巾纸和餐前面包，我们这桌没有。后续点菜，同样的煎蛋，别的桌的煎蛋有芝士，我们没有。我问店员为什么区别对待，店员叫来经理，经理很傲慢的说，因为我们没有提前通知他们，我们要来吃早餐，我旅游这么多国家，住过这么酒店，从来没有听说哪家酒店的早餐，要提前通知的。

Sacred House: a life changing experience
Pros:

This was our first time in Cappadocia, and of course we had heard many wonderful things about this magical place of carved rocks and hot air balloons. But we never imagined that our adventure in the city would begin at our hotel.

Sacred House is one of the most beautiful, unique, and magical places we have ever experienced. From the façade and patio to the grand central staircase, library, superb swimming pool, bar, and restaurant, every corner is filled with extraordinary details—sculptures, stonework, planters, wrought iron, windows, and countless artistic touches.

Our suite, Archangel, featured an incredible one-piece white marble hot tub and sink. Downstairs there is a hammam bath, dressing rooms, and a stunning black-covered swimming pool that transported us to the magnificent palaces of ancient Persian, Turkish, and Greek civilizations. The pool was perfect both for swimming laps and for relaxing.

Another unforgettable surprise was the breakfast, unlike anything we had ever seen before. The table overflowed with cheeses, fig and walnut jam, olives, fresh fruit, bread, raspberry yogurt, and many other delicious specialties. Having a drink at the eclectic and elegant bar is an absolute must—the lounge music and cocktails were exceptional.

But the true heart of Sacred House is the team that runs it. Led by the hotel manager, Mrs. Funda Seval, everyone was extraordinarily kind and helpful, organizing all our tours, excursions, and even the hot air balloon experience with great care and attention.

Sacred House was a life-changing experience and an absolute must when visiting Cappadocia, Türkiye.

Beautifully and wonderfully designed and crafted accommodation and service making for an exceptional experience.
Pros:

We loved absolutely everything about Sacred House. The most amazing, interesting and lavish accommodation experience we’ve had to date! From the moment we were greeted and shown around (hell being the lower ‘heated’ spa area up to heaven, and beyond, all quite magnificent!) we were duly impressed. The room, restaurant and bar were theatrical and literally stunning. Beautifully and wonderfully designed and crafted making for an exceptional experience.

Nothing like it
Pros:

There is simply no hotel anywhere in the world like this. It does everything right from its unique decor, beyond amazing staff, and scrumptious breakfast. We will definitely come back, and then come back again — like I said, no other hotel could top this

Cons:

If I really had to nitpick is that theres too many people taking pictures. Also the dinner can be a bit on the pricey side. But again im nitpicking here, everything was perfect

Resepsiyona gittiğimde bizi arayan ve masada oturan beyfendiye bu duygumu esprili bir şekilde dile getirdim. Cevap bile vermedi. Aracımız gelene kadar bir süre resepsiyonda oturdum, konuya ilişkin tüm çözüm üretim çabalarıma tek bir kelime bile etmedi. 2 mayıs cumartesi saat 12.05 te bizi arayan personel dışındaki tüm ekip bir harikaydı. Best place over ever been.
Pros:

Absolutely everything about this stay was exceptional. The staff the building, the art EVERYTHING. I will definitely be coming back to Sacred House. The complimentary breakfast was excellent as well. The pool area is amazing as well just out of this world.

Cons:

The prices for the cocktails was crazy, and the location the building is in was not what I expected. But everything else was perfect.

Entiendo que es un hotel particular por su ambientación pero la tarifa es desproporcionada por lo que brinda.

La ubicación y algunas cosas de ambientación.

Cons:

La habitación da a una especie de terracita donde la gente se sienta en los bancos a charlar y resulta muy ruidoso. La cama es chica en relación a otros hoteles con tarifas similares. El baño es bastante incómodo más dedicado a la ambientación que a la comodidad.

Pros:

Room was fantastic!! Loved sitting on the balcony for afternoon tea. The hamman and massage was fantastic! Loved, loved the pool! Breakfast was plentiful. Gondal was extremely helpful, went out of his way.

Cons:

No full length or decent mirror in room. Bed was extremely firm, too hard for both me and my husband.
No consistency of staff, didn’t know there was an egg menu until day 3. No lockers with towels in ladies room, even though we were the only ones there. Husband had to get one for me from the mens locker.
