the location of the hotel is good. the breakfast served is good the staff sre pleasant
service in restauranrt was really slow the room was tiny and noisy being above the kitchen .told that no other rooms were available
Location is great
Evening meal in restaurant was excellent. Breakfast good
Room was a little small but OK for 1 night
How friendly the staff where
Beds where either rock hard or could feel the springs, black mould in the shower. Room felt dark and depressing but the bedroom looked the best part.
Lovely staff, we ate in the hotel each night and the food was very good, lovely views from our room, I asked for a room near the lift and that is what I got which is great
Wasn't keen on the breakfast, everything you wanted was there and it was all buffet style, but a lot of it was very dried up, I tried the bacon one day but was very hard, so just stuck to toast, shame really, I think it was cooked too early and put out, its a bit old fashioned and could do with a bit of an upgrade, but on the whole I would go back
Location, parking and was able to check in early
Place needs up dating un clean.
Breakfast was pretty good..Staff were excellent
Nothing we didn't like it was very good
We liked the Hotel. Couldn't fault the food it was really good. . Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay in criccieth. Plenty to see and do plenty of places to go.
The bed in our room was the only problem. It was an old bed with a spring mattress and not very comfortable. I did mention this on leaving and was thanked for letting them know and assured that it would be changed ASAP. Would stay there again as apart from this the hotel was great.
you are at foothills of Snowdonia and the beach is so close…
obviously, this hotel did experience better times a while ago, don’t let it dilapidate further
Room was large and clean. Staff were friendly.
The apartments were very spacious and comfortable. The hotel was in a good location. The breakfast was good enough. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was very good.
There could have been more variety in the breakfast e.g. waffles.
When we had dinner in the hotel restaurant, after we'd eaten the mains and gone to the till to pay and asked for the bill, we also asked for the desert menu. The lady responded by slamming the till and being very rude, saying she would need to check if the chef was still available. This was fine as we would have understood but it was the way she did it and her attitude.
very good a little dated but a very pleasent stay. great dining room. good parking around hotel.
