More than a hotel – a place that feels like home❤️

I stayed at Iberostar Mehari Djerba last week, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. If I could, I would already be booking another trip for next week!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply amazing. The hotel was always spotlessly clean, the beach is absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious with so much variety every single day. There was always something new to try, and everything was fresh and beautifully prepared.

What truly made this holiday unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team made us feel so welcome, cared for and at home from the very first day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was so positive, friendly and full of energy that it was impossible not to enjoy every moment.

A special thank you to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t just organise activities—they created memories. Their enthusiasm, kindness and ability to make every guest feel included made all the difference.

A very special mention goes to Ahmed, who was always smiling, joking around and making everyone laugh. His positive energy was contagious, and you could really tell how much he enjoys making guests happy. He is one of those people you’ll always remember long after your holiday is over.

The dancers also deserve a huge thank you. Every evening they put on incredible performances with so much talent, passion and energy. No matter how many shows they had done, they were always smiling, full of enthusiasm and creating such an amazing atmosphere. Their positivity was contagious and made every night feel special.

People often remember beautiful beaches or delicious food, but years later it’s the people you remember the most. The staff at Iberostar Mehari Djerba are what make this place so special. They turned a wonderful holiday into an unforgettable experience.

Leaving the hotel was genuinely difficult because by the end of the week it felt like home. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so comfortable, so welcomed and so happy that you’re already thinking about coming back before you’ve even left.

We are already counting down the days until our next visit, and I truly hope we’ll be lucky enough to see the same amazing team again. They are the heart and soul of this hotel, and the reason so many guests will want to return.

Notre chambre avec jacuzzi ainsi que notre femme de ménage BASMA qui faisait admirable bien son travail

La restauration fade et froide. Les gâteaux 4 présentoirs et 4 fois les mêmes. 1 seule fois de gâteaux tunisiens sinon nos desserts étaient essentiellement pastèques et melons car les patisseries avec crèmes ne tendaient pas grand monde. Au petit déjeuner pas toujours des croissants même à l'ouverture, je pense qu'il fallait terminer les autres panieres.
Les lames de parquets du restaurant se décollent et les personnes à mobilité réduite et mêmes plus agiles peuvent tomber

Comme toujours,jamais déçus par les hôtels Iberostar.Une valeur sûre pour un séjour réussi!la décoration de l'hôtel,le choix du mobilier des terrasses et restaurants,les jardins,les plantations,un plaisir pour les yeux.
Nous avons apprécié le calme de notre chambre,située loin des animations,et en plus complètement rénovée!
La plage de l'hôtel est top,et propre.
Le personnel est présent ,sympathique mais toujours en discrétion:mention spéciale à Khamel,Asma et Marwane!
Question restaurants,tout est parfait et la nourriture de qualité.On a adoré le restaurant de la plage et son cadre.
Un bon point aussi pour l'espace prémium pour la tranquilité!
Le restaurant avec reservation est excellent,juste une musique lounge plutot que le match de foot en fond sonore sur la terrasse avec les TV.

Man kann sich sehr gut erholen, trotz 4Sterne ist es sehr gemütlich und abwechslungsreich

Man fühlt sich im gesamten Hotel einfach wohl, jegliche Wünsche werden erfüllt, man ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich.
Anlage wird ständig modernisiert und erweitert , alles sehr gepflegt auch die Aussenanlagen und es gibt eine große Pflanzenvielfalt, Zimmer top ! Verpflegung super - für jeden etwas dabei

Super séjour en famille !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.
Nous étions dans un bungalow. Très propre, calme et fidèle aux photos.
Literie confortable !

Trampoline et piscines pour les enfants. Les piscines extérieures étaient très froides (fin avril) mais nous avons pleinement profité du complexe.

Le restaurant très agréable, avec beaucoup de choix.
Un restaurant au bord de la plage également, vraiment top !

Des soirées musicales et à thème, avec une partie adaptée pour les enfants.

Le personnel de l’hôtel très attentif et aux petits soins !
Nous recommandons !!
