Parfait, un séjour inoubliable dans un hôtel digne de ce nom
Pros:

Très bien situé, l’hôtel est impeccable. Le buffet est très varié et de qualité. Quant au personnel, il est tout simplement extraordinaire et très professionnel. Nous nous sommes sentis comme des rois et des reines tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe !

Cons:

La climatisation n’est pas assez puissante. Les rideaux de la chambre sont trop courts, ce qui laisse passer la lumière très tôt le matin. Enfin, le service du dîner se termine à 21 h, ce qui est assez tôt pour des vacanciers. Il nous est arrivé à plusieurs reprises de rentrer juste à temps, voire de manquer complètement le dîner.

Magnifique séjour dans un bel hôtel très bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

La propreté, le personnel, les animations, les services, la table, les espaces communs agréables et climatisés avec des distributeurs d’eau fraîche de partout et la piscine intérieure est un vrai plus pour éviter le soleil et continuer à se baigner dans une eau à 27 degrés., tout est prévu pour passer d’excellentes vacances.

DECEPTION, PAS EAU MINERALE pour un hotel 4 étoiles c'est inadmissible seulement fontaine d'eau de robinet filtrante, j'ai un bébé j'étais obligé d'aller acheté à l'extérieur un pack d'eau. COUPURE D'ELCTRICITE a REPETITIONS TOUS LES JOURS !!!! Nourriture peu variés tous les jours la meme chose, tous les jus pressés avec plus de 80% de glaçants inbuvable, exemple jus de carottes préssé sans extracteur à vous de filtrer c'est imbuvable, buffet qui ressemble à la cantine, il faut faire la queue partout au buffet au bar, bref du BAS DE GAMME

I stayed at Iberostar Mehari Djerba last week, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. If I could, I would already be booking another trip for next week!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was simply amazing. The hotel was always spotlessly clean, the beach is absolutely stunning, and the food was delicious with so much variety every single day. There was always something new to try, and everything was fresh and beautifully prepared.

What truly made this holiday unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single member of the team made us feel so welcome, cared for and at home from the very first day. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was so positive, friendly and full of energy that it was impossible not to enjoy every moment.

A special thank you to the entertainment team, who were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t just organise activities—they created memories. Their enthusiasm, kindness and ability to make every guest feel included made all the difference.

A very special mention goes to Ahmed, who was always smiling, joking around and making everyone laugh. His positive energy was contagious, and you could really tell how much he enjoys making guests happy. He is one of those people you’ll always remember long after your holiday is over.

The dancers also deserve a huge thank you. Every evening they put on incredible performances with so much talent, passion and energy. No matter how many shows they had done, they were always smiling, full of enthusiasm and creating such an amazing atmosphere. Their positivity was contagious and made every night feel special.

People often remember beautiful beaches or delicious food, but years later it’s the people you remember the most. The staff at Iberostar Mehari Djerba are what make this place so special. They turned a wonderful holiday into an unforgettable experience.

Leaving the hotel was genuinely difficult because by the end of the week it felt like home. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so comfortable, so welcomed and so happy that you’re already thinking about coming back before you’ve even left.

We are already counting down the days until our next visit, and I truly hope we’ll be lucky enough to see the same amazing team again. They are the heart and soul of this hotel, and the reason so many guests will want to return.
