Une très belle expérience — 9/10

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, avec une expérience globalement très satisfaisante. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et particulièrement attentionné.
Je tiens à remercier spécialement Aya et Mr. Sassi à la réception, pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur sens de l’accueil. Leur sourire et leur bienveillance ont réellement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Un grand merci également à toute l’équipe de la restauration pour leur service et leur attention.

Cons:

Le seul point qui pourrait, à mon avis, être amélioré concerne l’animation. Elle nous a semblé assez répétitive et parfois insuffisante, notamment pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter davantage des activités et de l’ambiance de l’hôtel durant leur séjour. Une animation plus variée et plus dynamique apporterait certainement une valeur ajoutée à l’expérience.

Séjour sans stress.
Pros:

Diversité et qualité des repas au self restaurant. Bonne qualité des couchages. Salles de bains rénovées avec douches à l'italienne confortable. Piscine et plage vraiment bien. Nous étions à la chambre 4055 : pas de bruit en vis à vis et pas de bruit dans le couloir c'est positif. La climatisation fonctionne bien.

Cons:

Pendant notre séjour il y avait un assesseur en panne sur les 2 à disposition , mais on fait avec et il y avait des escaliers pour les courageux.

Le prix payé ne correspond pas à mes attentes

Le serveur du bar mohamed aziz le seul qui est souriant et serviable

Cons:

Le personnel n'est pas très agréable
Le restaurant est nul le même menu pendant tout le séjour une seul fois ils ont changé ils ont fait le thème nourriture tunisienne si non tout le reste pendant 5 jour c'était la même chose la griallade poisson poulet même pas cuit pas de goût bref côté restaurant nourriture personnel du restaurant sont nuls

Le stanze nuove e arredate bene la piscina bella , il ristorante sempre le solite pietanze per il nome che ha potrebbero fare meglio , bar mohamed aziz simpatico e disponibile l unico , reception oltre a brahim che ci ha fatto il chek in il resto antipatici e non non disponibili … non vale il prezzo pagato

La nourriture était bonne et variée mais toujours les mêmes plats
la chambre bien propre

Cons:

l'hôtel n'est pas à la hauteur d'un IBEROSTAR car les équipements sont un peu rudimentaires aussi bien dans la chambre comme dans les espaces communs et les transats nécessitent d'être changé
