If you are seeking bland food, rude staff, and issues with the rooms than, this hotel is for you.

The beach.

Cons:

Arrived on Sunday afternoon and noticed that the toilet was not flushing. I informed reception, who advised that we would be moved on Monday. On Monday, we were moved to another room, where we observed watermarks around the air conditioning; by that afternoon, it was leaking. I informed the staff, who said that someone would attend to it, but no one arrived. The leak continued overnight, causing water to spill into the hallway. I notified reception again, left the hotel for a few hours, and returned later to find that the air conditioning unit had been repaired and all debris, the ladder, and equipment were still in the room. The shower does not drain properly, causing water to pool in the centre and overflow into the rest of the bathroom. The reception staff, particularly the male staff, have been rude and dismissive.

Pros:

Loved the food, the bar pool, the cleanliness, the staff was very friendly. Rooms were comfy big, lovely balcony too. Will go back.

Cons:

It was all in, but you couldn't get any snacks when the restaurant wasn't open. Insistent vendors on the beach, for some activities too. The airco was loud for some reason too. But these felt like minor things.

Pros:

Trés bon accueil à l'arrivée,chambre agréable vaste et calme,bien equipée. Le service des chambre est excellent. Au restaurant,la cuisine est succulente et très variée,poissons fruits gateaux...Belle plage et belle piscine avec bar.Service rapide et personnel attentif.Bonne animation.

Pros:

Direct access to the beach. Delicious food with great choices, big variety through our whole stay. Staff is very professional. Rooms are big and with nice design. We were a big group of people of different ages and cultures but everyone loved the hotel.
Separate thanks goes to animation team who did incredible job!
