Nice Family Hotel in a nice location
Pros:

The hotel has a great infrastructure, located in a nice beach area and a lot of activities for kids as well.
The food was decent in the breakfast and meals.
They have nice pools (see below) and a nice fitness center.
The room (sea view) was great with all we needed.

Cons:

The water of the outside pool was EXTREMELLY COLD so almost nobody used in the 4 days I was there (April)
The staff in the restaurant was giving a lot of attention to people in full pension while was not even saying good morning for (us) in half-pension or other people in breakfast only. If you choose to offer different pensions, make sure to treat all guests in the same way.

Pros:

Food was very good, staff was excellent and very nice. Room with sea view was nice, but it was outdated and needed renovation

Cons:

Fitness center only worked from 9 to 1 and from 2 to 6. Hotel rooms need renovation.

Que j'ai passer un court séjour magnifique, je donne une bonne note car ka chambre était parfaitement propre ,confortable et la vue était magnifique et je remercie la réception pour avoir accepté ma demande pour une chambre vue jardin et piscine mais j'ai pu profiter d'une vue sur mer ,Iberostar c'est une belle chaîne d'hôtel je recommande vivement Aveores a Hammamet Bravo

Pros:

Les personnels sont gentils, souriant,
Restaurant est très bien, surtout les plats typiques Tunisie, nous l'avons beaucoup aimé

Cons:

Ça pourrait améliorer sur les portes de chambres, une n'est pas bien fermée, et les peinture abîmé.
