The biggest concern was hygiene, as we saw a cockroach on the pizza table and found a worm in a peach, which was very disappointing. In addition, the food lacked variety, and the buffet options became repetitive. With better cleanliness, improved food safety, and a wider selection of meals, the overall guest experience would be much better.

Pros:

Hôtel idéalement situé face à la plage et à 5-7 minutes de marche de la Medina ou de la Marina. Buffet excellent et personnel attentionné. Je recommande.

Cons:

Plage souvent encombrée de déchets végétaux et plastiques, mais ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel car la plage est dans cet état sur toute sa longueur. Dommage !

Ça ne mérite pas 5 étoiles. Accueil parfait 👍 mais le bruit de l’hôtel à côté est insupportable le bruit des quad et motos le soir impossible de dormir les suites magnifiques les chambre dans un état médiocre le buffet aucun goût dans tout les plats immangeables

L’hôtel est grand, bien situé en bord de mer. Le véritable point fort reste la restauration : cuisine variée, de qualité, avec des plats pour tous les goûts.
Mention spéciale pour les soirées à thème (white party) notamment tunisiennes qui apportent une belle ambiance. Le personnel du restaurant est accueillant, chaleureux, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’hôtel ne correspond pas à un standard 5 étoiles. Il est ancien et nécessite clairement des rénovations. L’isolation des chambres est insuffisante : étant située sur une route passante, on entend beaucoup les motos et les voitures, même la nuit. Les couloirs sont également bruyants.
Concernant la chambre triple, grosse déception : le troisième lit était un lit d’appoint métallique avec un matelas en mousse inconfortable surtout pour un adolescent. Malgré ma demande, aucune solution ne m’a été proposée pour remplacer ce lit par un vrai couchage.
Enfin, l’animation est à revoir : les animateurs sont investis mais le programme est daté, avec une ambiance qui fait très “années 90” et qui ne correspond pas à ce qu’on attend d’un hôtel de ce standing.

A fantastic hotel with friendly, attentive staff, a great pool area, and a relaxed atmosphere.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel and would happily return. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Samir, who kindly helped arrange a late check-out for us, and to Ali in the restaurant, who always had our table ready and remembered our drinks, making every meal feel personal.

The pool area was excellent, with plenty of sunbeds available throughout the day. The lifeguards were also very helpful, finding extra sunbeds for guests whenever needed.

The animation team worked hard all day to provide activities and entertainment, but there was never any pressure to join in if you just wanted to relax, which we really appreciated.

Overall, a great hotel with fantastic service and a relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it.

Cons:

The hotel can feel a little warm in the main areas however the AC in the rooms was perfect.
It would have been good to have a drying rack on the balcony.
