Le séjour était magnifiquement passé. Depuis l arrivée un agréable accueil, un sourire dessiné sur le visage de tout le personnel.
La chambre attribuée a été un moment de détente.
Le buffet était un pur délice.
Je le recommande vivement, ☺️ a très bientôt nous comptons vraiment y revenir.

Good value for money all in all. Just need to relax a bit around the reception area and work on their timings!

Good location and it was very clean. All the entertainment staff are really friendly and the service at the bar and restaurant is exceptional. Beach bar is also a nice touch.

Cons:

evening Entertainment could have been better. And you cant walk through the hotel without being hassled to buy something. The hotel also need to work on timings as they promised us a 5 minute walk to the next hotel for entertainment but it turned out to be 45 mins!

A minha estadia no Medina Solaria & Thalasso foi excelente e deixou uma impressão muito positiva. Desde o primeiro momento, destaco a limpeza impecável do resort e, sobretudo, a simpatia, cordialidade e profissionalismo de todo o staff.

O regime de tudo incluído foi fantástico, com refeições muito variadas, abundantes e de excelente qualidade. Nunca faltou nada e houve sempre uma grande atenção às necessidades dos hóspedes. Um ponto que merece especial destaque foi a disponibilidade da equipa para acomodar pedidos especiais, sempre com uma atitude prestável e genuinamente atenciosa.

Quero deixar também um agradecimento especial a alguns funcionários que fizeram a diferença durante a minha estadia:

• Zoihiar, no restaurante durante o jantar, pela atenção e simpatia.
• Hassan, pelos excelentes mojitos na piscina e pela sua simpatia.
• ⁠Ishem, no bar da praia, sempre muito cordial e prestável.
• Mohammad, no spa, pela excelente massagem e profissionalismo.
• Samir, Guest Relations, pela disponibilidade e atenção.

Really nice stay in Hammamet

- Personnel was very nice
- Location was perfect
- Food was great
- Spa was also really nice
Would definitely come back

Cons:

- The gym was not up to the standards for a 5 star. They said they will be doing renovations soon
- Also it’s very noisy, you can hear music outside until midnight.
