Some places make your time memorable.
Pros:

The most beautiful thing is that the sun rises and enters through the back window... And you set and enter through the front window.

I’d stay there again. Good value for the area.
Pros:

Much more extensive than it appears from the road.
Quieter at the back. Clean and well maintained. Lots of warnings and instructions posted.
Beautiful gardens improved the motel-like atmosphere.
Lobby and check in were sparse and short staffed.
Coffee machine and tv in our room #76 weren’t working.

Very pleasant greeting from front staff member, I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Though not the most inviting/attractive from the outside, I was pleasantly surprised with the room itself. Very roomie, felt very clean, lots of space to put suitcases and tan clothes and even a little coffee maker.

Cons:

Could use an upgrade but generally speaking not bad

Zum Frühstück gab es Kaffee aus dem Automaten und Muffins, ein kl. Orangensaft und einen Müsliriegel in einer Papiertüte zum MItnehmen. Wir hatten nur den Kaffee, der sehr ordentlich war.

Cons:

Ansonsten war alles ok.

If you are looking for a quaint stay in Newmarket for a great value centrally located, stay at the Newmarket Inn
Pros:

Its location is close to the hospital as well as the mall. Its clean, staff are friendly and comes at great price

Cons:

Everything for me was great. No complaints at all.

Quiet and clean, great staff, for a great price.
Pros:

Quiet, very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the garden and all of the landscaping behind the hotel, absolutely beautiful. Very welcoming environment with picnic tables, a fish pond and a couple of garden paths and benches. Really liked the grab-and-go breakfast - it’s a great idea.

Cons:

The only thing I would have liked to have that wasn’t there is an extra lock on the door. There is a lock to turn once you close your door, but I would have liked an additional chain type lock for an extra feeling of security.
