Pros:

ベッドマットがすごく硬かったが、腰が痛くなったりはしなかったのが意外だった。小雨だったがインテックス大阪へのアクセスが非常に良かったのでよかった。

Cons:

駅からは遠く移動中店もないのでそこは不便といえば不便。

朝食が良かった。

Cons:

USJ までシャトルバスがあると言うので決め手になったが、結局利用できるシャトルバスというのが少なすぎて、時間も限定的で自家用車を使うになった。

Pros:

Spacious lobby to have meetings. Nice amenities for the room. Family mart in the same building.

Cons:

The beds were kind of hard and each bed had only one pillow

リーズナブルで綺麗
Pros:

子供の喜ぶガチャガチャが用意されていて良かった。朝食は急でもその都度受け入れてもらえるシステムは助かりました。大浴場が綺麗でした。

Cons:

部屋の冷空調設備が無くてお風呂上がりは暑くて汗だくでした。フロントに扇風機をお願いしても台数が足りず汗だくのまま家族みんな一夜を過ごしました。次はすぐに扇風機を確保しなければ。ユニバまでの無料バスはもっと時間帯の幅を拡げてもらいたい。

値段が良かった

Cons:

大浴場がホテルの利用客数とサイズが合っていない。団体客が多く大浴場が大渋滞していて洗うのも立って待っていました。
大浴場の利用情報が部屋で分からないので、分かるようにして欲しい。
