Thee staff were very pleasant but the hotel needs to up its game - a lot

The hotel has a great location

Cons:

When I arrived here was no water. The bar was closed for refurbishment. The restaurant was closed for refurbishment. I am over 60 and the lift (I was on the third floor) was closed for refurbishment. The garden was being refurbished. I had only booked a week before and none of this was advertised. There was nowhere to charge anything (phones, fans etc) and although it was 38 degrees there was no complimentary water. The reception is only manned during the day and the only access to water was in a locked cabinet. They charged 3 euros for a 40 cent bottle.

Lovely stay
Pros:

The location was fabulous, bedroom was comfortable and cool

Cons:

Shower was lovely but the shower heads produces toow much water for the shower tray/ door and spilled out on the floor in the bathroom

Bon séjour de 3 nuits
Pros:

Très bon accueil, ensemble du personnel très sympathique et arrangeant.
Petit déjeuner buffet de qualité.

Cons:

La salle de bain trop sombre avec un rideau de douche beaucoup trop long, donc inondation après chaque douche.

Pros:

Lage ist wunderbar, kaum 4min zur mittelalterlichen Altstadt.
Parken an der Straße ist bis 19-9h kostenlos. Der große Parkplatz vor dem Hotel ist bis 8h kostenlos.
Zimmer renoviert. Zu öffnendes Fenster plus Klimaanlage und Ventilator.
Frühstück ist wirklich umfangreich und startet um 8 Uhr.
Bequemes Bett.

Super nettes Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch morgens beim Frühstück!
Alle unglaublich um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht! Ganz lieben Dank!

Cons:

Der Fahrstuhl ist aktuell (offenbar schon länger) defekt. Wer ein Zimmer im 4. Stock bekommt, sollte fit sein.
Die nette Dame von der Rezeption schleppte meinen Koffer in den 2. Stock, nachdem sie selbst gesehen hatte, daß das Zimmer im 4. wohl keine gute Idee ist.
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmertüren verschrammt, Gänge düster und das Treppenhaus und besonders der Eingang und die Rezeption sind irgendwann zuletzt in den 80er Jahren renoviert worden. Hätte ich hier nicht gebucht - das Hotel hätte ich spontan definitiv nicht aufgesucht, um nach einem Zimmer zu fragen.
Der Garten hinter dem Frühstücksraum ist fast verwildert. Das Hotel kann echt nicht "Spa" im Namen führen. Da fehlen Lichtjahre!
Der Frühstücksraum mit vorbereiteten Plastiktabletts ist atmosphärisch wie eine Jugendherberge.

L accueil était au top , le service spa très intimiste et professionnel, le petit déjeuner était très complet et très très bien , le calme est relatif car les chambres sont bien côte a côte et les portes sont muni de bras articulés qui ne sont pas a mon avis nécessaires car ils font claqués les portes mais sinon très très bon séjour 😉

Cons:

La Clim ne marchait pas au debut mais cela a été réparé l’ascenseur était en maintenance nous étions au 3e mais à part ces problèmes techniques le sejour s’est bien déroulé.
