Stay elsewhere 2 other hotels either side of this one.
Pros:

Location. Conveniently close to old town.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Friendly and helpful maid.

Cons:

Poor standard of hotel. 2 star on a good day.
Lift broken. Reason we chose hotel was due to limited mobility and mum not able to manage lots of stairs.Told lift was to be fixed on our second day which didn't happen for the duration of our stay. Doubt it had worked for some time looking at it. Was offered to move to first floor on second day but was still up a flight of stairs so was of no help as only had a 3 day stay.

Hotel very tired. Doors all had scratch marks and struggled to close ours. In room no drawers for clothes, only 2 hangers and safe didnt open. Asked for help with this and given a key to operate. Still unusable as too stiff and didnt want to get valuables stuck in there. Safe wasn't secured to anything so you could pick it up and take it with you...not very safe. Tap wasn't attached to back of basin and came loose when using. Shower had no lip on tray so water floods under door into room if you don't put towels down.

Breakfast was basic but would have been okay if there wasn't a fly in the jams that then walked over the cheese and then pastries. These should really be covered. Didn't partake as didn't fancy salmonella on my croissant.

Staff where okay but hotel either needs a overhaul or be stated as a one or possibly a 2 star. Lift needs to be fixed as a priority as hotel has five floors.

Not brilliant - stayed in much better places for the price.
Pros:

Location was good. Receptionist was very pleasant and polite.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing a refurbishment which we did not know about. The lift was out of order. The overall standard of the hotel in terms of appearance was a little tatty, room door very scratched, the bathroom mixer tap was not secured to the counter surface. TV did not work. Only staying one night so just put up with it.

Seul bémol pour nous, les rideaux des fenêtres pas très occultant, du coup on est réveillé très tôt.

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen klein, das Fenster gin zur Strasse raus und es war so etwas laut, das Frühstück war o.k, es gab alles was man braucht

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage des Fensters zur Strasse und eines gerade stattfindenen Jazzfestivals war es dort etwas unruhig. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist tagsüber kostenpflichtig

Pros:

Le personnel de l'accueil au top avec des bons conseils pour visiter la ville. Il y a beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner, les chambres sont agréables. Je reviendrais !

La localisation
La gentillesse du personnel d'accueil

Cons:

On entend ce qui se passe dans le couloir (portes qui claquent)
Pas de voilages aux fenêtres mais uniquement un rideau occultant, lorsqu'on aère on peut nous voir de l'extérieur
Je ne comprenais pas comment fonctionnait la climatisation
J'ai été bloquée dans l'ascenseur (mais la maintenance est venue me sauver rapidement 😀)
