The hotel's shuttle bus to Brunate is available from Monday until Sunday. On Sunday there is a public bus, but the hotel doesn't provide free tickets. The service should be booked upon check-in.

Čudovit razgled in super prijazno osebje

Perfect for two-night stay with a car! 😍

The staff at the reception were super friendly and wanted to ensure us a good visit! ❤️ The views from the restaurant/pool area are as amazing as in the pictures. We also enjoyed the breakfast served. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. 😊

Cons:

It was almost impossible to get any answers before our visit – the customer service via messages was nothing like it was on-site. At first, I did get an message back but it didn't contain an answer my question. And later on, closer to our booking date, I didn't get any answers at all anymore. 😕

That left me a little confused and didn't build any trust beforehand. It almost felt like someone else (that isn't aware of their policies) is taking care of their online communication. And I think this is something to improve especially with the unique location of the hotel. I was also curious about their pool policy in early May but ended up with only mixed-up information from the website.

Chambre vue parking bien trop chère et très petite..

La vue est certainement l’atout majeur de l’hôtel.
Le personnel est sympa

Cons:

Pour 220€ la chambre seule (hors taxe de séjour), le rapport qualité -prix n’y est pas. Très petite chambre avec minuscule salle de bain aux mauvaises finitions (les portes de douche ne sont pas jointives, lunettes wc non adaptées à la cuvette), plaid pied de lit tâché. Vue pour ce prix parking. Nous sommes de grands voyageurs et définitivement, le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas. Pdj bon mais il faudrait plus de pain standard plutôt que viennoiseries. Literie assez dure. Pas d’ascenseur pour monter les bagages. Robinetterie sdb à changer. A ce prix-là, tout doit être nickel et ce sont plusieurs détails qui ne vont pas.

The balcony view of the lake was simply stunning. The food at mama Gina was superb. One of the best all inclusive breakfasts I have had. All staff members place maximum effort into making your stay special. Very efficient transfer service too and from the top of the funicular when needed. Very satisfied with my 3 nights stay here. Thank you

Schöner, kurzer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Gut. Personal war sehr nett. Zimmer sauber. Betten sehr bequem. Frühstück hat uns leider nicht so geschmeckt. Aussicht war wunderbar, jedoch die Fahrt nach Oben ist eine Mutprobe (Strassen viel zu schmal). Aber Alles in Allem hatten wir schöne 2 Tage.

Ein Hotel mit Charme - und einer tollen Aussicht
Pros:

Die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist neu gemacht - auf rustikale und phantasievolle Art - sehr angenehm. Die Betten sind Top - sehr gute Liegequalität. Das Frühstück wir auf einem Tablett gereicht - man kann dann noch zusätzlich nach Wunsch bestimmte Speisen bestellen. Sehr gute Idee. Die Lage ist hoch über dem Comer-See, sehr ruhig und mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Nach Como ist es aber doch sehr kompliziert. Erst mit dem Shuttle zum Aufzug, dann mit dem Aufzug nach unten. Wir haben aufgrund der langen Schlange ca 45 Minuten am Aufzug gewartet. Gleiches dann zurück. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft immer weiter.

Cons:

Der Ausblick in unserem Zimmer war zwar Richtung Seeseite - aber der See nur in einem kleinen Ausschnitt sichtbar. Das Hotel ist doch schon sehr alt - und auf der Rückseite Richtung Pool sehr unansehnlich. Der Geruch im Zimmer war sehr muffig und feucht. Es wirkt alles ein bisschen improvisiert - mit Charme.
