Pros:

Hotel bardzo czysty i zadbany, jednak niestety obsługa w recepcji pozostawiła po sobie spory niedosyt. Jak na hotel 4-gwiazdkowy, oczekiwaliśmy zdecydowanie większej życzliwości i zainteresowania gościem. Mieliśmy wrażenie, że pani z recepcji chciała jak najszybciej zakończyć rozmowę – przekazała nam jedynie podstawowe informacje, bez większego zainteresowania naszym pobytem.

Pokój był bardzo mały i bez dodatkowych udogodnień, a przy cenie 163 € za noc oczekiwaliśmy zdecydowanie wyższego standardu. Na plus pozostaje czystość hotelu, ale stosunek jakości do ceny niestety nas rozczarował.

Great hotel for families
Pros:

The staff is what made this a perfect holiday destination for families with children with a pool that is available without limit and a room for children to play. But that extends to the staff as they take a generally positive and friendly approach when dealing with children. Furthermore I ought to mention the diligence and accuracy of the cleaning staff, they were friendly and approachable also, they helped to answer some of my questions during my stay.

Cons:

There could be more support for speakers of languages other than Czech or Polish. The English options were quite limited, which is odd when it is usually the international language.
