Ein tolles Hotel für ein paar erholsame Tage im Grünen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gross und auch das Bett war wunderbar. Der Spa Bereich ist fantastisch und auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Restaurant Scanda für das Abendessen war ausgezeichnet. Für das Einchecken parkt man am Besten direkt im Parkhaus des anderen 4 Stern Hotels (das ist 5 Minuten zu Fuss vom Gran Hotel weg) und geht dann an dessen Reception. Es gibt nämlich keine gescheite Vorfahrt beim 5-Stern Hotel, da ist nur der Eingang in den Spa.

PERFECTOS DIAS DE RELAX EN ASTURIAS
Pros:

Todo en general fue perfecto. Gran amabilidad y excelente trato de todo su personal, desde recepción, limpieza y sobre todo hostelería. Desayunos muy completos y exquisitos. Las cenas de la media pensión del cinco estrellas son a la carta, y la comida es excepcional.

La amabilidad del personal y la habitación y baño eran amplios. El spa y los tratamientos están muy bien

Cons:

No funcionaba el Netflix y pedí ayuda a recepción 3 veces y nada. El desayuno y cena muy normales. Para la cena los camareros muy amables pero tardaron mucho en pedir la comanda y en traer los platos. Se disculparon pero tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para cenar. La cena y desayuno sin mucho sabor

Elegante combinazione antico moderno con ampi spazi nelle aree dedicate alle numerose piscine.
La nostra camera era molto spaziosa con un bagno veramente da 5 stelle. Colazione con prodotti di alta qualità in un salone molto elegante degno di altri tempi. Ristorante con una buona selezione di piatti e vini locali. Personale gentile e discreto.
Parcheggio ampio e comodissimo.

Ist schlicht kein 5*-Sterne-Hotel - da könnte man eine lange Liste aufzählen: Vom Zimmer, in dem man nur auf eine Felswand sieht, den muffigen, dunklen Gängen, den Bars, die nicht oder nur schlecht bedient sind, von der Lunchbar, wo man nur Industrie-Eis am Stiel bekommt, vom schlechten Kaffee aus dem Automaten am mittelmässigen Frühstücksbuffet und, und, und…ist nicht total schlecht, aber alles höchstens mittelmässig - dafür kommt das aber mit einem übertriebenen Anspruch daher, was vermutlich besonders nervt.
