Cons:

Bij het inchecken vonden we de receptionist niet heel vriendelijk. Tijdens onze vakantie op Texel is gebleken dat de directe en nuchtere communicatiestijl eigen is aan Noord-Holland.

Agréable séjour à Grand hôtel Alkmaar
Pros:

L’emplacement était idéal pour visiter Alkmaar, à proximité du centre ville .
Le personnel était très accueillant, et m’a aidé à trouver un rdv médical en urgence .
Je les remercie vivement .
La chambre était propre .

Alles was voor mij ok! Wat ontbijt betreft kan ik niet oordelen omdat ik vrij vroeg op pad ging en hierdoor geen ontbijt nam. Badkamer zeer ruim in vergelijking met soms andere hotels. Goede geruisloze airco!

Cons:

Dat door besparingen personeel dagelijks de kamer alleen nog op aanvraag word gepoetst.
