Pros:

Location was good, apartment was clean and well presented. Shower had good water pressure.

very comfortable well equipped spacious family and budget friendly apartment in central location
Pros:

spacious apartment, well equipped, lovely outlook with a small sea view, nice pool and bbq area, super handy to pubs and restaurants, great parking in garage, comfortable beds, great couch and balcony for lazing in the sun, own laundry facilities in the unit, nice and quiet location even though there was a building site across the road and airport nearby

Cons:

the ensuite bathroom is a little tight on space, but adequate, and there is no elevator so you need to be OK with using stairs (not a problem for us but maybe for older people) It was a little arduous bringing luggage in and out, but otherwise not really a problem. The fan in the ensuite is a little strange only coming on during daylight hours, not when you use the shower (but great it turns off at night as the fan was very noisy)

It was such a shame the team didnt manage the broken fan better. Otherwise the stay was amazing,.

Location amazing, Apartment neat and clean

Cons:

The fan was broken and I complained and there was no return communication. Luckily it turned off at night otherwise we would have been trying to move.

A wonderful family holiday, will definitely return.
Pros:

We loved the design of the property, the pool and bar b que ares were terrific. The location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the supermarket in Coolangatta as well as the shops and restaurants there. The surf club and cafes at Kirra Beach are wonderful.

Family friendly setting
Pros:

Location was excellent, handy to public transport, eateries and beach.
Apartment 18 was very well equipped, in particular, the kitchen was fully fitted out, and many extras were a real bonus. Furniture and beds were comfortable.
Natalia is an asset to this complex and worked tirelessly to amend an internet issue, which was much appreciated.

Cons:

Lounge room shutters and inability to open up the lounge to terrace more with sliding door. No facecloths, stained pillow inners & mattress protector, sticking cistern button/dripping. Noise from adjacent building site
