Pros:

Res zelo prijazno osebje, dovolj velike in čiste sobe, malo je motilo le "nočno ulično življenje" ob koncu tedna, saj je imela soba okno na ulico.
Je pa lokacija hotela popolnoma v centru in v središču dogajanja.

Cons:

Ker ob hotelu ni parkirišč, te pošljejo na 1km oddaljeno parkirišče in zaračunajo 15 EUR/dan, kar se zdi kar precej.

Angenehmes Stadthotel in Rab Stadt
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, nettes Personal beim Frühstück. Zentrales Hotel in Rab Stadt. Parkplätze am Hotel Imperial Heritage. Zimmer und Bad ausreichend in Größe, Mobiliar leicht abgenutzt, aber gemütlich. Aussicht auf den Hafen sehr schön.

Kein professionelles Team an der Rezeption. Große Probleme der Verständigung auch in Englisch.

Mir wurde erklärt, dass der Parkplatz 15.-€ pro Tag kostet und 800 m entfernt liegt. Mir wurde von der Mitarbeiterin an der Reception erklärt wo der Parkplatz sich befindet. Dort habe ich geparkt und bekam am Tag vor der Abreise ein Strafzettel in Höhe von 32,60.-€ . Meine Nachfrage im Hotel ergab, dass ich wohl auf dem falschen Platz geparkt hätte!!! Dies verneinte ich, da ich ein Parkhinweis auf Papier ausgedruckt und markiert bekam und dort exakt der Parkplatz markiert war.
Die Parkgebühr wurde dennoch mir berechnet!! Heute habe ich mir meine Rechnung angeschaut. Auf der Rechnung steht ein Gesamtbetrag von 327,90.-€ meine Kreditkarte wurde jedoch mit 372,90 -€ belastet!!! Ich hatte das Zimmer 104 und direkt daneben steht auf dem Nachbargrundstück eine sehr große Klimatechnik mit unglaublich lautem Lüftergeräusch. Dann wurde mir vergessen meine ID Karte wieder zurück zu geben. Die muss ich jetzt nachfordern .

Doručak O.K. Lokacija super.

Cons:

Problemi da vodokotlićem u kupaonici.. Nema utikača za struju u kupaonici. Umjesto klasične kade trebala bi biti tuš kabina. Nisu mjenjani ručnici..
