Todo me pareció perfecto,ubicación, instalaciones, personal y destacar el personal, son todos súper amables y cuidan cada detalle, desde recepción hasta restaurante que es 10, pasamos una semana perfecta, sin duda volveremos el próximo año.
Nada, todo perfecto, hasta tienen carta de almohadas al gusto que suele ser lo que falla en casi todo los sitios 😁
This hotel was a true 5 star experience. The staff was so helpful, friendly and kind, especially at the front desk. The pool was lovely and the bed was very luxurious. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The room was spacious. The gym was amazing. The best hotel gym I have ever been to. We were accompanied by our older terrier mix, and she was treated to a 5 star experience as well. They provided a nice bed, bowls, and treats for her.
There was some noise from the hallway, although it didn't bother us while we were sleeping. The "additional services" such as the spa and restaurant, were not as nice as the traditional hotel area. Service in the restaurant was very slow, but the food was decent. The spa was a little disappointing, especially for the price. The hotel is located in a suburban area, which is a bit boring, given the surrounding natural beauty of the area.

La comida, el personal, la limpieza, el gimnasio y la piscina fenomenal.
Sólo que no hay radiadores eléctricos para secar los bañadores (que no se secan por la humedad). Y las luces del suelo del aparcamiento que sobresalen mucho y hacen daño a los neumáticos
La atención del personal de cafetería/ restaurante. Gracias Elena por hacer nuestra estancia tan cómoda.
