Please note that the property will be closed from January 31st to February 28th due to maintenance.

Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Pros:

Super gemütliches Hotel mit sehr sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter.
Sehr ruhig und doch zentral.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausreichend und das Cheminee verbreitet angenehme Wärme im Raum.
Die Zimmer sind Tiptop. Wor waren 2 mal 3 Nächte dort

Es un hotel muy confortable con una excelente atención de todo el personal y con ubicación estratégica, cerca al centro de la ciudad. Delicioso desayuno tipo buffet incluido.

Cons:

Hay una estación de té permanente, sería maravilloso si también hubiera estación de café, aunque hay muchos cafés cerca al hotel.

Perfect base for trek adventures
Pros:

Great value, clean room and amenities with helpful staff. We used this hotel as a base for before and after our mountain trek, they stored our excesses luggage no problem and no charge then had it back in our room on our return! Great service

Very accommodating hotel. I had missed a day off when booking and they were great when adding it back in for me to make sure we kept the same room. Great service and all very friendly. Hotel was perfect

Great value for money and central quiet location
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely spotless, even the communal areas were pristine. It was in an excellent location, quiet but close to the centre too. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruit every morning. The staff were all lovely and very helpful, front desk was quick to help with anything you need like taxis.

Enjoyed my stay.

Great location to explore Cusco
Pros:

Great location to the square, very good restaurants, shopping & sites.
We used Rumi Punku as our base, leaving our cumbersome suitcases there each time & returned 4 times.
Breakfast was standard but more than ample.
Our rooms were comfortable, warm & had great pillows.
There is a courtyard & other outdoor areas to sit in & relax or the dining room has a comfortable lounge area.
We would not hesitate to return.

Great boutique hotel in Cusco
Pros:

A lovely boutique feel hotel. We especially liked that there were lots of areas for guests to sit outside. There were thoughtful details, such as a filtered water tap and luggage scales in each room, for guests departing on treks. The staff were all lovely - friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too.

Rumi Punka offers an elegant stay
Pros:

Common areas - indoor and outdoor- were beautifully decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - there was a great variety of fresh food. The room was well appointed, warm and comfortable. It was very quiet and conveniently located for all activities.

Cons:

I think they should advertise their sauna better.

Pros:

Hôtel pittoresque situé à seulement 7 minutes à pied de la Plaza de Armas de Cuzco. Les chambres sont confortables et impeccablement propres. Le staff est adorable et véritablement aux petits soins pour les voyageurs de passage.

Mention spéciale à Bonney, qui a été mon ange gardien le temps d’une journée lorsque j’ai été terrassée par le mal des montagnes.
