Very convenient location. Lobby, hallways, elevator, room, and esp bathroom very clean and updated. Breakfast better than expected…. Translates to great! Staff very attentive at breakfast. Kept supplies full which away a task with all the extra guests due to thunderstorm. Handicap accessible room very large and roomy. Perfect. Pool and fitness room a wonderful added value… both exceptional. Availability (hours) for these areas was also very nice. Given we were coming off a 30 day trip at a different facility each night (Route 66). I had many properties to compare… this one was the best…. Especially for the price.
If I had to find a couple things lacking.. someone needs to go and pick up trash in parking lot. And please tell front desk check in staff to put their phones down. They can put the phone down to check a guest in …. Maybe 10 minutes max….
Again that’s if I HAD to find something to be improved.

Breakfast was ok
The person who worked the desk the first night was so pleasant and friendly whatever I needed she provided without hesitation. She was very respectful and you can tell she loves her job.
The staff the following nights were sub par.
Glad I got her the first night, if not I would have canceled and booked elsewhere.

The front desk attendant was welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient.
The breakfast was quite good and had a very good variety. The staff was friendly and the room was large and roomy. Because the room was at the end of the hall, there was almost no noise at all!
There was a lack of counter space in the bathroom and actually in the room as well. Also, the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty and i didn't discover that until it was too late :-)
The heated pool , breakfast, comfort, quiet , the refrigerator worked great as well.
I didn't like the fact that we only got Like 5 channels to watch on both TVs. Needed to have basic cable. And the TVs were really small.
Easy to get to.
Handicap shower was a disaster. Had law suit written all over it. Took one shower and bathroom floor was swimming pool depth. Showed it to management and she said yep that the way it works. Poor wife was scared of falling the whole time.
Facility is clean and well maintained. I don’t know what the staff makes…..but they deserve a raise. A BIG raise.
Breakfast was good…but could be improved
Location could be a little better…..but it was not a problem. More of a personal preference.
