Cons:

Das Frühstck war schrecklich, die Auswahl war sehr klein und das Geschirr sehr schmutzig.
Die Räumlichkeiten hatten einen sehr penetranten dreckigen Geruch, obschon wir einen sehr hohen Aufpreis zahlen mussten. Allgemein ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen!

Я там не проживал и мне солгали в присутствии пелиции. За это сотрудники должны быть уволены.
Pros:

Я уже оставил жалобу в Букинг и владельцам отеля. Все проигнорировали. Теперь мне придется писать регулятору по обману на Букинге и в гос органы в Турции, чтобы мне вернули украденные деньги и возместили ущерб!

Это неприемлемо, незаконно и по человечески отвратительно с вашей стороны и со стороны отеля!

Cons:

Отсутствие интернета. Отсутствие окон в номере. Сигаретный дым. Вонь плесени в номере. 5 минут по катакомбам, чтобы попасть в номер!

Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Istanbul. La vue est tout simplement magnifique, les employés sont très serviables, gentils et accueillants. Les services sont de très bon niveau et l’emplacement est vraiment stratégique. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de l’hôtel.

Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Hikmet, un employé turc qui parle arabe. Il est extrêmement gentil, serviable et attentionné. Il nous a beaucoup aidés durant notre séjour et a toujours été disponible avec le sourire. Un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme.

Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

Cons:

Seul petit bémol : le prix est légèrement élevé, mais dans l’ensemble, l’expérience reste très positive et nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel !

تجربتنا في الفندق كانت للأسف غير مرضية، خصوصًا من ناحية التعامل مع العائلات. تم إعطاؤنا غرفًا بعيدة جدًا عن بعضها، رغم أننا عائلة ومعنا أطفال، وكنا نحتاج أن تكون الغرف قريبة من بعض.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، حجزنا غرفة دبل، ولكن تم وضع سريرين منفصلين ولصقهما ببعض بدل توفير سرير دبل مناسب. وعندما طلبنا المساعدة أو حاولنا توضيح احتياجنا كعائلة لديها أطفال، لم نجد التعاون الكافي من الفندق وطلبوا منا الدفع اكثر لغرف غير بدل الupgrade مجانا لان غلطتهم ولم يعترفوا بالغلطة.


من ناحية التنظيف الاسرة غير نظيفة و الشراشف ايضا
كنا نتوقع اهتمامًا أكبر باحتياجات العائلات وتعاونًا أفضل من طاقم الفندق. للأسف، هذه الأمور أثرت بشكل كبير على تجربتنا وإقامتنا
