Noisy, poor ac and very poor and limited breakfast.

Cons:

Booking room was a miss, they proposed me a basement room while my booking was a family room without anything mentioning basement. The staff offered me a different room which was very noisy due to a window malfunctioning which was at the reception side where i couldn’t sleep whenever they have a noisy customer or argument in the middle of the night.

I booked my hotel with early check in facilities, but unfortunately i arrived early and no room available
I back to the hotel by 2:30 PM after checking in time and it took almost 30 minutes for checking in

I booked my room with a king size bed but unfortunately I discovered 2 small bed not in the same level attaching to each other
The room is not clean with a very old furniture, basic items like tooth brush is missing
Towels are not clean and very old

Otelin yerləşməsi və Caner bəyin xoş qarşılaması xoşumuza gəldi. Lakin Booking-də təqdim olunan otaq şəkilləri ilə bizə verilən otaq uyğun gəlmirdi. Əvvəlcə təqdim edilən otaq çox kiçik olduğuna görə dəyişdirilməsini xahiş etdik. Booking-də göstərilən ödəniş şərtlərinə əsasən seçdiyimiz otaq təqdim edilməli olduğu halda, əlavə ödəniş tələb olundu.

Narazılığımızı bildirdikdən sonra eyni qiymətə, lakin mənzərəsi olmayan və çamadana daha uyğun başqa otaq təklif etdilər.

Cons:

Oteldə ütü vermirlər. Adətən əksər otellərdə bu xidmət göstərilsə də, burada təqdim edilmədi. Təmizlik də qənaətbəxş deyildi. Şəxsi əşyalarınıza diqqət etməyinizi tövsiyə edirəm. Hətta təmizlikdən sonra otağın qapısı belə bağlanmamışdı.

It's aaa shame because the location is excellent, but the cleanliness, service, food quality, and facilities did not

The hotel is very well located and close to public transportation, which is definitely a positive point.

Cons:

However, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was not clean upon arrival, and although housekeeping came every day, there was no noticeable improvement. We had booked a room with a king-size bed, but instead we were given a room with one double bed and two single beds, which made the room feel very cramped.

The bathroom door did not close properly, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was very basic, with very limited options, and did not match the photos advertised on Booking at all.

One morning at breakfast, a guest complained loudly about the cheese being spoiled. After trying it myself, I also noticed a strong unpleasant smell and taste, as if it was no longer fresh. This raised concerns about the quality and freshness of the food being served.

The staff was also unfriendly and unhelpful. At check-in, we were simply handed the room key with no information whatsoever. We had to go back to the reception ourselves to ask about the breakfast location and opening hours.

Das Hotel ist überbewertet.
Pros:

Gute zentrale Lage, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon auf Bosphorus, bequeme Betten. Wi-Fi in Ordnung.

Cons:

Отель старый и запущенный. Очень плохая заукоизоляция. Слышно соседец за стеной, разговаривающих спокойным тоном. Слышимость в номерах катастрофическая.
В помещениях общего пользования, в фойе, в бассейне, в номерах очень плохое освещение.
В душе и вокруг раковины черная плесень.
Помещение для завтрака нельзя назвать рестораном. Мебель старая, стулья просижены и частично прожжены сигаретами. По
всему отелю отврвтительный запах курения, несмотря на то, что кругом висят знаки о запрете курения. Курят как гости, так и сами сотрудники отеля. Курят даже в СПА-Салоне и в бассейне. Из-за этого мы не могли пользоваться этими услугами. Вентиояция в нашем номере не функционировала первые два дня и весь сигаретный дым из других номеров собирался у нас в комнате. На нашу просьбу поменять номер или вклучить вентиляцию, нам указали на значок "курить запрещено".
Персонал отеля это отдельная тема. Ориентирование на клиента минимальное. Дружелюбие строго ограничено. Вежливость натянутая.
Желание понимать и помогать гостям минимальное. Персонал говорит только на турецком или английском. Девушка на рецепции в СПА неприветлива, словно гости отеля ей в тягость. Вода в бассейне холодная. Лифты в левом крыле отеля находятся в состоянии ремонта. Стройка посреди отеля. Сами номера очень тесные. Телевизор в нашем номере не работал.
Завтрак очень скудный, однообразный и не вкусный. Каждый день одно и то
же. Этот отельне соответствует описанию на сайте и не заслуживает свои четыре звезды. Очень жаль.
