No one cleaned the room, gave us new towels,emptied trash, or new cups etc…
The facility and employees were fine.
There were very noisy kids running in the hallway each evening until almost midnight. They were slamming doors, knocking on room doors and running away, and yelling in the hallway. They seemed to have no adult supervision.
We loved the nice friendly staff, clean rooms and common spaces, and the pool is always our favorite part. We especially loved the young gentleman working the front desk Saturday evening around 4:30 pm. We were all wanting to see the World Cup soccer game score update and he was able to put it on all the TVs in the common spaces for everyone at the hotel curious of the games but enjoying the hotel amenities! Awesome stay!
Wish the price was more affordable as it was in previous years. We use to stay multiple nights each visit but now can only afford 1 night.
The front desk lady that checked us in was exceptional 😊 we talked as if we knew each other for years she was kind sweet and outspoken I just want to say thank you your the definition of excellent customer service
Breakfast was not good. Very poor job in getting food out. Too busy talking to other staff and didn't pay attention to replenishing.

My first room smelled like cigarettes, but told front desk and they moved me. new room had no location and items not mounded on wall.
