Hyatt Place Santa Fe

Our room was comfortable and spacious enough for our needs. The pool area was great and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The fitness room was used once and we really liked the equipment ;provided. The location was great with easy access to the main road. The breakfast offered each morning had great options.

Checking out at 12 is such a luxury and something you don't see very often. Very comfortable space and the staff was so kind.

Clean and friendly

Our daughter attends IAIA and this hotel is great location to get to campus and move her out for the year. We usually stay on the plaza with secured parking, but it's not convenient going back and forth to campus. They Hyatt was a choice because it's convenient to the campus and located off of Cerrillos Our only suggestion would be to replace mattresses. The mattress needed replaced as we both kept sliding to the middle during the night, so definitely wear and tear. If they get the beds in shape, we'll be back.

The service was incredible. Friendly staff, especially the person who checked us in that evening (Leroy maybe?) and the breakfast attendant this morning. Amazing service, above and beyond. The Mother’s Day treats at checkout were so sweet too. I was blown away by the friendliness and it is just hard to find in service these days. Well done!

Beautiful and clean

It was tricky to find initially, but once we found it, it was a perfect location. Far enough from the road that there was no traffic noise. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and well above the typical hotel breakfast buffet fare.

I travel here with my spouse a few times a year and always stay at this Hyatt place. It’s clean and safe as well as centric to main roads and restaurants.

It was all good

We had a very short stay this time, partly due to travel delays and partly because of an emergency that kept us from arriving until after midnight on the day we had booked the room. We also had to depart extremely early on the morning of departure, so we really only had one full day at the hotel. We have stayed here many times because of the service and maintenance of the physical plant and all seemed in order as always. The only glitch was an apparently unfinished attempt to service our room when we went out; the trash was emptied and towels were replaced, but only one of the two beds was made and a sprayer and cleaning cloth were sitting on the counter. When I told the front desk later they did have the other bed made up, which we appreciated. No worries though, we hope to return soon!
