Maravilloso
Pros:

Una estadia super chevere. Cristian y la chica que se olvido el nonbre pero yo le puse Soyla de cariño ellos dos buena especiales. Muy atentos profesiolanes y personas muy lindas. El desayuno espectacular! Bueno bonito y narrator. Muy delicioso. Si volvemos en un futuro pues alli nos quedaremos. Lo recomiendo

JAMÁS recomendaría este hotel a nadie!!! Estafadores!

Lo único decente fue el trato del personal que trabajaba allí y productos de aseo Rituals.

De mis cinco noches reservadas, nos marchamos después de la segunda.
A nuestra llegada nos dijeron que el wifi y el agua caliente no funcionaban por el tiempo en la zona, mentira absoluta, el hotel al que nos marchamos después (La Jamaca) no tenía ningún problema de este tipo..
El hotel está a las afueras del pueblo y en una zona oscura y poco transitda. Las habitaciones son muy antiguas y bastante arcaicas respecto a servicios.
La primera noche fue imposible dormir por el ruido de un generador o motor, además de gallos y ladridos de perros continuos. Nos quejamos.
La segunda noche nos cambiaron a una habitación un poco más silenciosa pero bajando la categoría pagada de suite a habitación grande, nada que ver ni en tamaño ni en su coste. La nevera no funcionaba.
Avisamos de todo y no hubo soluciones, todo excusas y mentiras.
Al tercer día nos marchamos con bastante problemática para hacer la devolución de las tres noches que teníamos reservadas.
No hubo manera de que la responsable nos atendiera de manera teléfonica, solo WhatsApp.
A nuestra salida no nos dieron, aún solicitándolo ni factura ni cualquier documento que indicará el reembolso, solo un mero papel escrito a mano por el recepcionista con su nombre, teléfono y cantidad a reembolsar, y porque estaba bastante apurado por la situación. Noe fui nada convencida.
A tres días de nuestro check out no hemos recibido ni la devolución de la reserva ni el depósito de garantía, unos 632$, que es una cantidad importante. Solo me indican que es mi banco el que tiene que procesarlo, mentira también.
Nunca me paso nada parecido, y llevamos más de dos semanas recorriendo la isla y JAMAS recomendaria este hotel a nadie.

Convenient stop on our drive from Vieques ferry to Rincon

We were in the Villa by the pool. Beautiful room

Cons:

It literally look over 10 minutes to get warm water in shower. Our friends who checked in at same time were given coupon for 2 free drinks at hotel bar, our booking did not include that. Neighborhood around actual hotel not at all scenic!
