Excelente estancia en Arequipa.
Pros:

La ubicación, al lado de la plaza de Armas, el personal, la cama era cómoda, el desayuno.

Cons:

Sì te toca una habitación junto a la calle, puede ser ruidoso.

Top locatie in Arequipa
Pros:

De locatie vlak bij het plein. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon. Prijs/kwaliteit erg goed.

Cons:

Onze kamer aan de weg kant. De straat is vrij druk dus je hoort veel auto’s langsrijden. Het balkonnetje daar in tegen was wel weer erg leuk

Great spot near the Plaza and the excellent staff.
Pros:

Excellent friendly staff especially Jose. They went out of their way to ensure that you saw all the wonderful sights in Arequipa and ate at the best restaurants.

Cons:

Just a small thing my sister said she would have loved a fan in her room but she realised afterwards she should have just asked

Schönes Hotel in super Lage und mit leckerem Frühstück
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nur eine Minute von der Plaza de Armas entfernt. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen schönen Blick über die Stadt und auf den Misti. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich. Besonders begeistert hat uns aber das Frühstück mit frischem Saft, leckerem Kaffee und verschiedenen Speisen. Dazu sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Lüftungsschacht im Bad war offen und mit dem des Zimmers nebenan verbunden. Wir konnten alles voneinander hören.

Pros:

Cama e chuveiro ótimos. Limpeza impecável ( ate minha bota que usei na rota do sillar e estava no banheiro p eu limpar qdo retornasse do almoço), encontrei limpa. Cafe da manhã muito bom (apesar de não ser buffet, era bem completo , farto e gostoso), e a localização espetacular. A poucos passos da Plaza de Armas.

Cons:

Nao ha nada que eu nao tenha gostado.

Hotel MERAVIGLIOSO! A partire dalla colazione, buonissima!!! Camere ampie e con vista (noi avevamo anche il balcone, una chicca). La vista dal rooftop è spettacolare. Consiglio assolutamente di venire in questo Hotel e di visitare Arequipa, una città incredibile

En general el hotel y el personal muy bien, pero destacaría sobre todo el desayuno, buena cantidad y variado, te lo traían a la mesa, podías repetir cafe/infusión, muy bueno. Te preparaban al comida al momento, tenías para elegir entre 3 opciones. Teníamos enfrente una tienda/supermercado por si nos hacía falta comprar algo para las excursiones y la plaza a la vuelta a de esquina.

Ubicación céntrica, habitación con cama confortable, ducha con buena presión de agua, desayuno generoso, aunque en 2024 había otro chef que era excepcional.

Cons:

Me pidieron dinero por ensuciar la toalla al secar mi cabello teñido. El tinte sale fácilmente con frotar o lavar con agua y jabón. Me enfadé porque me abordaron cuando preparaba mi equipaje para coger un taxi para ir al aeropuerto.
Espero que hayan aprendido que el tinte sale fácilmente y que no era necesario ningún tratamiento. Es el primer hotel en el que me increpan por unas toallas.
