There is nothing to like it, at the time of check in to till check out.
Location and the features were nice
Hot water supply was not working during the stay. Air conditioner was not working in the night making sleeping difficult.

Ich hatte von 3 Tagen die ich dort war 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche.
Es ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Garten müsste mal gepflegt werden.

Niente
Staff, stanze . Elettricità andata via per 20 minuti. Aria condizionata non era attiva. Mi hanno fatto pagare la colazione 40 euro quando era inclusa.
Locația a fost la 10 minute de stația de metrou. Hotelul are o piscină drăguță și un lobby renovat.
Am fost cazați aici doar o noapte și din păcate a fost dezamăgitor.
Începând de la probleme cu telefonul în cameră, nu putea fi conectat, urmând cu aerul condiționat care nu pornea nicidecum de la termostatul de pe perete din camera, până la faptul ca NU AM AVUT APĂ CALDĂ.
Aerul condiționat s-a rezolvat cât de cât, când am sunat de pe telefonul personal recepția, noaptea la 22:00, ne mai putând de cald (erau 28 de grade în camera). Atunci a venit cineva de la recepție cu o telecomandă pentru clima, a pornit-o, după care a plecat cu ea, noi neavând mai departe acces să modificăm temperatura.
Cea mai mare problemă a fost însă, lipsa apei calde. Am sunat seara cu privire la această chestiune și mi s-a spus ca a existat o defecțiune seara la ora 20:00 și încearcă să remedieze până dimineață. Inițial am crezut, am sperat, dar dimineața a fost din nou aceeași problemă. Dus de dimineață am sunat din nou și mi s-a explicat faptul ca “în timpul nopții s-a produs o defecțiune în acest sens”.
Totuși, ne-am dat seama ca și când am ajuns, am urcat în cameră și apa caldă nu există (asta era în jur de ora 14:00). Acest lucru mă face să cred ca această problemă persistă de ceva timp și nu se face altceva decât să se mintă clienții.
Mi se pare absurd ca la 150€/noapte, in 2026, să NU EXISTE APA CALDA. E inadmisibil.
Nu a fost o problemă doar in camera noastră, am mai fost cu un cuplu si au avut si ei mult discomfort- lipsă serious condiționat, lipsă apei calde etc.
De obicei suntem persoane foarte permisive, intelegatoare si probabil ar fi fost altfel situația dacă ne-ar fi anunțat cineva când am intrat in recepție după o plimbare prin oraș, seara la 21:00, cu privire la “defecțiunile aparute”.
E trist si cu siguranță acest hotel ne-a pierdut ca si clienti. Nu recomand si sper ca cei care se ocupă de acest loc sa fie mai atenti, mai pregătiți si sa nu incerce sa ascunda debatable probleme printr-o piscina sau un lobby simpatic.
