Disappointing, we left after four nights
Cons:

We booked Iberostar Creta Panorama & Mare because we had previously enjoyed an excellent stay at another Iberostar hotel and therefore had high expectations of the brand.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing.

The main restaurant was extremely crowded during almost every meal, making it feel more like a busy canteen than a relaxing four-star resort. The food quality and variety were below our expectations and did not match what we had experienced at the other Iberostar property.

Another major issue was our room in the main building. Because of the evening entertainment, guests walking through the corridors and constantly slamming doors, it was almost impossible for our family to get to sleep before 12 p.m. We asked whether it would be possible to move to a quieter room in another part of the resort, but we were told that the hotel was fully booked and no alternative could be offered. We were disappointed that no further solution could be found.

Overall, the resort felt overcrowded and impersonal. At times, it seemed that accommodating large numbers of guests took priority over providing a relaxing holiday experience.

After four nights, we decided to end our stay early and continue our holiday elsewhere at our own expense. This was not a decision we took lightly, and it was the first time we have ever left a hotel before the end of a booked holiday.

We are aware that many guests may enjoy this type of large all-inclusive resort. However, based on our experience, we would not choose this hotel again and were disappointed that it did not meet the expectations we had associated with the Iberostar brand.

Pros:

Vrhunski hotel sa puno sadržaja. Čisto, lepo uređeno i održavano, odlična hrana i usluga. Nekoliko plaža, dosta bazena sa slanom i običnom vodom, mini aqua park, za porodice sa decom sve preporuke.

Cons:

Baš ništa ne mogu da izdvojim.

Foarte ok, pentru familii ce preferă statul la piscină.
Pros:

Este o destinatie in special pentru familii. Sunt tot felul de activitati pentru copii. Curatenie impecabila, intra camerista in fiecare zi.

Cons:

Plaja proprietătii nu este cea mai bine ingrijita.
Apa din piscina este sarata.

Inkorrektek a recepciós hőlgy fizetés ellenében engedélyezte a 2 órával további maradást viszont a főnöke meghalván megtiltotta ez szánalmas és felháborító.Úgy hogy fizettünk volna érte hogy ne kelljen a repülőtéren 4-5órát várni

מקום יפה עם אוכל מטורף, הייתי שם רק סופ''ש אבל נהנתי מכל שנייה, אוכל ושירות מעל ומעבר, חדר יפה עם בריכה נהדרת, אני רק מצפה לחזור שוב

We liked the hotel so much that we came back from another town) but on top of all the pleasantries, a huge surprise awaited us: an upgrade to the best room in this hotel!)))

The staff was great, the girls at reception were happy with us 😍 The waiters in the main restaurant were top) On this visit we discovered another gorgeous beach right next to the hotel.

Pros:

Мы второй раз отдыхаем в этом отеле в конце июня. Все прекрасно. Очень гостеприимный персонал. Большая зелёная территория, очень вкусная и качественная еда, свежие после ремонта номера, удобная постель. Море волшебное. Пляж сделан как бухта, море прогревается и нет сильных волн. Отель family friendly. Отель высокого уровня сети Iberostar. В основном европейцы. Так что отдых прошёл прекрасно.

Cons:

Нам понравилось все и в итоге мы хорошо отдохнули и накупались в море. Если уж совсем говорить о деталях, которые в целом не испортили отдых, это то что на фоне такой ухоженной территории, пляж каменистый и я бы сказала, что можно было бы обустроить его лучше. И второй момент, из всех номеров есть боковой вид на море. Но есть сторона с видом на бассейн, а есть номера над центральным входом. У нас был прямо на центральным входом и с 5 утра подьезжали автобусы выгружая и загружая отдыхающих. При этом двигатель они не глушили.

Animacija, maistas, vakaro programos, gražus ir jaukus viešbutis su gražiais vaizdais, viskas šalia - tikrai grįžtume dar kartą.

Cons:

Galėtų būti geresnis priėjimas prie jūros, matyt toje vietoje kitaip nesigavo. Labai ilgas įsiregisitravimas, manau čia tik mums taip gavosi, kita šalia panelė įregistravo ~5 svečius tuo pačiu metu. Bet čia smulkmena. Na ir nešvarios kambario grindys.
