Pros:

We had a great stay! The staff were all very friendly and always happy to help. The animation team were amazing with the kids and really made our holiday more enjoyable.
The food was great, the resort is spacious with excellent facilities, and we always felt well looked after. Overall, a wonderful experience. 10/10!

Das Hotel und das Gelände sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Wir haben während unseres Aufenthaltes Halbpension gebucht. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen waren reichlich, vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal im Hauptrestaurant war sehr engagiert und freundlich.
Der Strand war gut erreichbar und es gab jederzeit genug Liegen mit Schattenmöglichkeiten. Wir waren im Mai dort. Es war also noch keine Hauptsaison. Die Handtücher konnten jederzeit zu den Öffnungszeiten getauscht werden.
Wir haben einen Bungalow mit Meerblick gebucht. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten und modern eingerichtet.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Personal der Rezeption ein wenig überfordert. Wir hatten unser Zimmer bezahlt und warteten nur noch auf den Zimmerschlüssel. Erst nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen erhielten wir die Karte für das Zimmer. Mit uns warteten noch ungefähr zwanzig andere Personen, welche ebenfalls noch auf ihre Zimmer warteten. Nach einem langen Tag mit Anreise und Autofahrt zum Hotel mit einem dreijährigen Kind war das ziemlich anstrengend.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes konnten wir zweimal in einem der anderen Restaurant des Hotels essen. Das Essen war lecker. Das Personal des Hauptrestaurants war unserer Erfahrung nach engagierter als die der anderen Restaurant.

Cons:

Pokój - oddany do użytku pokój nie był skończony. Wielka dziura na balkonie, która nie była w żaden sposób zabezpieczona, a przyjechaliśmy z dzieckiem. Niskiej jakości sprzątanie. W pokoju kurze nie były wycierane dokładnie nawet po zwróceniu uwagi. Toaleta nawet po teoretycznym sprzątaniu nadal była brudna. Spryskiwacze ogrodowe ustawione tak że zalewały balkon i suszarkę z praniem. Sprawa zgłoszona na recepcję 4 razy i nic się nie wydarzyło. Wnętrza szaf były zakurzone.Ubrania po włożeniu do szafy były pokryte białym pyłem. Zgłoszone na recepcję i nic się nie wydarzyło, koniec końców sami powycieralismy szafy ręcznikami. Brak uzupełniania mydła na bieżąco, gdy któregoś dnia mydło się nam skończyło chodziliśmy na recepcję 3 razy w ciągu dnia żeby ktoś przyszedł uzupełnić. Dopiero za 4 razem się udało i mydło zostało przyniesione.
Zdecydowanie to nie jest standard pobytu w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu.

Relaks, dobry odpoczynek.

Położenie hotelu, piękny, zadbany ogród, czystość pokoju.

Cons:

Brak przejrzystości w przydzielaniu wybranego pokoju. Duży wybór przy zakupie pokoju, ale nie wiadomo, które pokoje sklasyfikowano jako pokoje z widokiem na morze, a które jako położone w priorytetowej lokalizacji i widokiem na morze, itd. Pierwotnie przydzielono nam pokój, do którego dochodził hałas z urządzeń klimatyzacyjnych i musieliśmy prosić o zmianę. Głośno w restauracji, dużo rodzin z małymi dziećmi.

We are still staying at the Iberostar in Crete with our family until May 18th, but we can already say that this is the best vacation we have ever had.
The entire hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. What impressed us the most was the staff — extremely attentive, professional, and very well trained. You can truly feel that they do not provide excellent service just because they expect tips, but because they genuinely care about cleanliness, hospitality, and the well-being of their guests.
The hotel complex offers everything you could possibly need: multiple pools, a great pool bar, entertainment, a kids club, and wonderful evening shows for the whole family. Especially for families, this hotel is absolutely perfect.
The food exceeded all our expectations. Nothing is being saved here — oysters, salmon, lobster, and many other high-quality dishes are available every day. Even though we only booked half board and not all-inclusive, it is more than enough. Our only small criticism would be that water or basic drinks during dinner could be included.
We travel a lot around the world and have experienced many hotels, but this one has completely convinced us. We are already looking forward to the remaining days of our stay and will definitely come back.

Wir sind mit unserer Familie noch bis zum 18.05. Gäste im Iberostar auf Kreta und können jetzt schon sagen: Das ist der schönste Urlaub, den wir je hatten.
Das gesamte Hotel ist unfassbar sauber und gepflegt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Personal – unglaublich aufmerksam, professionell und hervorragend geschult. Man merkt sofort, dass die Mitarbeiter nicht nur freundlich sind, weil sie Trinkgeld erwarten, sondern weil ihnen Sauberkeit, Service und das Wohl der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen. Dieses Gefühl bekommt man hier jeden Tag vermittelt.

Cons:

I was given the room 1200. The access was litteraly INSIDE the service stairs separated from the main hotel corridor by a fire door. The room was nice but its locatioin is.not normal.

Niezapomniane wakacje!
Pros:

Wyżywienie w bufecie było doskonałe. Iberostar Selection Marine jest hotelem bardzo przyjaznym dla dzieci - animatorzy i animatorki są fantastyczni. Pokój czysty i ładnie sprzątany - bungalows the best! Wycieczki organizowane przez mini train były ciekawe - urocze wioski, jaskinia, piękne widoki.

Cons:

Iberostar Waves był zamknięty w dniu przyjazdu, a reklamowany aquapark nieczynny w czasie całego naszego pobytu - renowacje. Otrzymaliśmy pobyt w innym Iberostarze zlokalizowanym zaraz obok i o wyższym standardzie, ale brak informacji przed podróżą był ogromym zaskoczeniem. Na plaży przy hotelu była smoła i nasze buty są do wyrzucenia. Poza tym, dyskoteka na balkonie hotelu była słyszalna w całym obiekcie i dziecko nie mogło usnąć. Po złożeniu reklamacji brakuje odpowiedzi z hotelu. Pomieszczenie ze sceną w Iberostar Selection Marine trochę za małe jak na tak dużą ilość gości hotelowych. Jest tam duszno.
