Pros:

Размещение, питание, общий вайб отеля, территория. Прекрасно для отдыха с детьми и семьями.

Cons:

Иногда персонал отеля, в особенности на ресепшн, кажется безразличным к гостям и их вопросам. На пляже бывает грязно, в море много микропластика. Нет ощущения клиентоориентированости, приватности и персонализации подхожа к гостям. Все массово «отель строит тебя под свои стандарты». Не забывайте личные вещи на пляжи, потом их не найти.

Понравилось практически все,комфортный номер с видом на море,веселая анимация,вкусная еда,чистота на территории отеля и в номере👍

Cons:

Не понравилось только то,что люди приходят кладут полотенца на лежаки и уходят по своим делам,завтракать или еще куда-то.. поэтому занять место на главном бассейне было просто нереально

Територія доглянута, номери відповідають вартості. Харчування з ситуацією про пепсі-колу - жахливе!

Територія велика, та охайна. Доглянута.

Cons:

Не сподобалось те, що якщо ви маєте полупансіон, то к вам в любий момент підійдуть і скажуть що ви не маєте можливості випити склянку пепси-коли!!! Це якийсь треш. Прямо в час прийому їжї! Вперше взагалі таке бачу!

Pros:

Our stay at Iberostar Waves Creta Panorama & Mare was truly delightful. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views and beautifully maintained grounds that make it a wonderful place to relax.

The buffet was divine, offering a fantastic variety of delicious food every day. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the water park—it was an absolute blast for both the kids and the kids at heart! Our children also experienced their very first evening theater show here, and they absolutely loved it. It became one of the most memorable parts of our vacation.

The only downside was that our room felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom could definitely use some renovation and improvement. However, this didn’t take away from our overall experience.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this resort to families looking for a fun, relaxing holiday in Crete.

L’emplacement et vraiment bien et belle vue du coucher du soleil et vraiment très grand l’hotel beaucoup de piscine très agréable pour les enfants. Personnel vraiment trop gentil et aimable

Cons:

A notre arrivée le responsable (JOSÉ ) nous a manqué de respect a était très agressif et a claquait la porte de son bureau sur nous mes enfant étais très mal a sa c’est vraiment décevant de sa part car nous sommes client et on ce comporte pas comme sa j’ai garder mon calme car j’étais avec ma famille…
Accueil vraiment pas aimable.

Ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt mit freundlichem Personal, toller Atmosphäre und vielen schönen Erinnerungen
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir die wunderschöne Lage des Hotels. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Der Wasserpark war ein echtes Highlight – vor allem für Kinder. Er ist gut organisiert und wird von sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Bademeistern betreut, sodass man sich jederzeit sicher fühlt.

Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Bademeister Andrew. Er war außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Man hat gemerkt, dass ihm die Gäste am Herzen liegen. Aber auch das gesamte Team im Wasserpark war sehr nett und hat einen großartigen Job gemacht. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Was mir weniger gefallen hat, war, dass bei der Halbpension die Getränke zum Abendessen – außer Wasser – nicht inbegriffen sind. Das war uns leider nicht bewusst und wurde uns beim Check-in auch nicht erklärt. Deshalb waren wir überrascht, als wir für zwei Sprite 7 € bezahlen mussten. Es wäre schön, wenn Gäste bei der Anreise darüber informiert würden, damit es später keine Missverständnisse oder unerwarteten Zusatzkosten gibt.

Fantastic resort
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is excellent with plenty of variety. There are spectacular views from almost everywhere, beautiful bays for swimming, and a network of walking paths to stroll and enjoy the amazing scenery.

Splendid! My daughter didn't want to leave
Pros:

Everything esp my birthday surprise! A whole bottle of prosseco and a lovely fake with a candle!!! i was so surprised! also i liked so much the waitress lady Niki! She is so lovely! You should make her a manager!

Cons:

i have seen better entretainment shows in the evening in the amohiteatre.. but that doesn't mean people didn't try hard enough and i appreciate it and am thankful for all the programs
İ didn't like that guests who are all inclusive are somehow privileged compare to the guests who are half board also if you stay less then 7 nights you cant book in the a la cart restaurant because people with 7 nights and all inclusive only can
like we are not paying them 2 month salaries for that 5 nights
it didn't feel right somehow although i can understand as a manager in hospitality.. but they could say it somehow otherwise not to make us feel third class

Uma estadia de excelência, num ambiente tranquilo e com uma equipa excecional

Férias inesquecíveis num hotel de excelência

Tivemos uma estadia de 7 noites verdadeiramente excelente no Iberostar Creta Panorama & Mare. É um hotel perfeito para quem procura tranquilidade, conforto e instalações de grande qualidade.

Ficámos alojados num quarto totalmente renovado, ideal para uma família de dois adultos e uma criança. A configuração, com um quarto para os pais e outro para as crianças, proporcionou bastante conforto e privacidade.

Todo o hotel está impecavelmente cuidado. A limpeza é irrepreensível, os jardins encontram-se sempre muito bem tratados e toda a envolvência transmite uma sensação constante de organização, qualidade e atenção ao detalhe.

As infraestruturas são excelentes, com sete piscinas, incluindo uma com parque aquático, duas enseadas de mar muito calmas e de águas cristalinas, além de acesso direto à praia.

Um destaque especial para a equipa de animação, sempre muito simpática e envolvente, em particular a Stay-Cy e a Anastacia, que contribuíram para tornar a estadia ainda mais agradável.

Todos os colaboradores do hotel demonstraram grande profissionalismo, simpatia e disponibilidade. Um agradecimento especial ao Theodoros, que nos recebeu à chegada, apresentou o hotel, acompanhou as malas até ao quarto e, no final da estadia, voltou a ajudar-nos com a maior amabilidade.

Sem dúvida, um hotel que recomendamos e ao qual teremos todo o gosto em regressar.

Apesar da excelente experiência, deixo apenas duas sugestões que poderiam tornar a estadia ainda melhor:

Seria uma mais-valia que o regime Tudo Incluído disponibilizasse um pack de almoço/lanche para os hóspedes que passam o dia fora do hotel em visitas ou excursões. É um serviço que existe em muitos hotéis deste nível e que seria bastante útil.

A política de late check-out poderia ser mais flexível. No nosso caso, não foi possível obter qualquer extensão da hora de saída, nem sequer por uma hora. Com voos ao final do dia, esta flexibilidade faria uma grande diferença na experiência dos hóspedes,
