Rien, tout était nickel
- good location for business travelers and for those interested in exploring lake Léman
- very nice interior design
- spacious parking
- service seemed understaffed - our room was not cleaned on Sunday despite us placing 'please clean the room sign' because 'we had a staffing problem', tables were not cleaned in the morning at breakfast for new customers, etc.
- just one coffee machine at breakfast (and a small Nespresso one for two out of the three days) - we had to wait many minutes in line for a coffee
- no storage space in the room - if you stay more than one night in the hotel this is very inconvenient

Very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with an especially comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The location is excellent, particularly for visitors to EPFL and UNIL, both of which are conveniently nearby. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I would gladly return.
a bit far from the city of Lausanne. Needs 10 minutes walk to the Metro station (EPFL). But metro is free for tourist if you ask a daily pass.
