Location, walking distance to EPFL and UNIL campuses, very quiet and close to the lake. Easy to find and to park, but I imagine during summer free parking can be challenging and the hotel has a covered parking but it costs CHF 17 per night. The room was clean and smelling nice, very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming!
The pillows on the beds - way too soft and fluffy. If I knew I would have brought my own pillow, could not sleep well because of that. This is a problem with many hotels, by the way. But other than this inconvenience, everything else was perfect.
