Lovely hotel with just a short walk to the metro.
Pros:

The room was excellent. It was very clean. The view from the windows across the lake and the mountains was beautiful.

Cons:

Suggestion: put instructions in the room that the windows must be completely closed and locked for the air conditioning to work.

Schöne Zimmer, Sauberkeit, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Empfangsbereich entspricht atmosphärisch nicht ganz dem Rest des Hotels.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal situé à même le campus de l'EPFL. Hôtel agréable, calme. Le personnel est exceptionnel, professionnel, à l'écoute, aimable, toujours souriant.
Les chambres sont bien agencées, un petit bémol pour le côté salle de douche, éclairage mal adapté trop sombre pour l'espace.
Le petit déjeuner est parfait.
L'hôtel dispose également d'un parking privé et couvert, certe payant mais l'hôtel vous met à disposition des cartes pour les transports en commun gracieusement.
Pour conclure, notre séjour a été parfait.

Cons:

Le supplément pour notre petit chien. Je peux comprendre, qu'en fonction des races un nettoyage supplémentaire s'impose, mais le tarif est excessif, sachant qu'aucune attention n'est prévue pour l'animal de compagnie.

The restaurant had just one starter at a staurday evening. Everything else was out of stock. We had to go somewhere else at a terribly Hot evening.
