We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptional, always smiling and providing the best service throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet was very good and the à la carte dinner was excellent as well. A special thanks to Katerina for her fantastic restaurant recommendations in Platanias and Chania, they really made our trip even better. Highly recommend!
The property was stunning, with a beautiful pool area and a private beach that made us forget how busy the rest of the region was.
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, attentionné et aux petits soins pour nous.
La nourriture était excellente, avec beaucoup de choix et une très belle qualité. Notre chambre était également impeccable, d’une propreté irréprochable.
Un immense merci tout particulièrement à Katerina pour son accueil exceptionnel, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour. Merci également à Christina du spa, adorable et toujours de très bons conseils.
Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis accueillis et chouchoutés. Une très belle expérience que nous recommandons sans hésiter et un hôtel dans lequel nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Our stay at Aterion Suites & Spa in Crete was wonderful, and what impressed us most was the way the team handled an unexpected situation.
When we arrived, we had booked a room with a sea view, based on the photos shown on Booking. We were initially informed that the room category was the same, but located in a different area of the property. Instead of simply explaining the situation, the team immediately looked for a solution to make us happy. The very next day, thanks to a check-out from another guest, they were able to move us to a truly spectacular room: a beautiful sea view suite with a private pool and a terrace overlooking the sea and the main pool area.
This is when you truly recognize professionals: not when everything is easy, but when something needs attention.
A special mention goes to Katerina, who always welcomed us with a genuine smile. She is an excellent problem solver, incredibly kind and professional, especially considering she has only recently joined the team. She gave us wonderful recommendations for restaurants, parking, and places to visit, making our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to her suggestions, we discovered incredible spots, authentic Greek tavernas with excellent food, fresh fish, breathtaking sunsets, and unforgettable hospitality.
We would also like to thank Yianni, the supervisor, who personally assisted us with the room change and went above and beyond on our last day by offering us a room to freshen up before our departure and arranging lunch for us. This level of care was truly unexpected and deeply appreciated.
The entire team is professional, welcoming, competent, and always smiling. Congratulations to the General Manager, Mr George, for creating and managing such a beautiful property with a strong sense of harmony and attention to guests.
The food was excellent, and even the pizza was a pleasant surprise, including the one with feta, which was delicious!
Stunning beach front property with amazing food and attentive staff at the bar and restaurant. The à la carte menu was delicious and served all day which we loved.
They say they don’t allow bed saving by the pool but every morning towels were covering beds and no signs by the pool.
Excellent hotel, great breakfast, very friendly and caring staff and beautiful pool and resort. Location is great if you have a car and want to relax in a calmer neighborhood and explore Balos, Elafonissi or other parts of the west side
Everything in this hotel was amazing : the staff is very careful, the restaurant is absolutely divine and the spa is sooo relaxing. We’ve had a couple massage with my husband and the spa team really took care of us, offering us a delicious moment. We spent an amazing week
It was so amazing! The private beach is excellent, with a great pool area and two restaurants and special drinks delivery to anywhere you’d like basically. The staff is so adorable and welcoming, with great recommendations and attention to details. It was a WOW experience!
