Friendly greeting, good location, nice size room. Very comfy bed.
Kitchen staff superb! Super sweet staff poured coffee for me.
Fridge froze food. Staff did kindly turn it down but it ended up freezing all my food anyway.
There were carpet staples sticking up. I informed staff but there they remained.
Shower tiles were mouldy and needed replacement

Everything was perfect
Very Clean hotel... . Great staff, breakfast available at good times. Good parking. Great value.
No ice machines. No pool. Rooms were very cold on arrival. 15degrees... warmed up quickly but fan/heater was very loud. No fans in bathroom?
The room wasn't cleans. Hair all over the bathroom shower, make you wonder what else they didn't clean.
The hotel is dated and there is an awful in the elevators and hallway.
It needs serious deep cleaning.
The room was clean and for the most part quiet.
The door next door made a loud squeeking sound that woke me up as someone was opening and closing the door alot

The lady at the front desk was rude and wouldn't do me a favour and let me charge my phone. I couldn't do it in my room because there were no outlets that took my charger.
