Ottima posizione. A piedi si visita tutto il centro e il porto turistico, altrettanto velocemente si raggiungono le fermate dei mezzi di superficie per spostarsi verso destinazioni più lunghe. L'insonorizzazione interna sembra buona, il nostro appartamento affacciava verso il cortile interno, quindi non vi era disturbo. Letti molto comodi.

Cons:

L'appartamento è arredata con mobili di design, ma non è assolutamente funzionale. Non è presente la lavastoviglie, ma il lavandino è talmente piccolo che lavare i piatti è un'avventura. Le stoviglie, anch'esse di design, sono appena sufficienti per poter fare colazione. Stoviglie non tutte perfettamente pulite, da lavare nel minuscolo lavandino per utilizzarle. Anche la pulizia del WC del bagno non era particolarmente curata.

Nel nostro viaggio nei paesi baltici eravamo partiti soggiornando in appartamento in questo Hotel e per comodità avevamo deciso di prendere una camera la notte prima del nostro rientro. Su suggerimento dell'Hotel abbiamo fatto un up grade della camera confort matrimoniale verso cui ci eravamo orientati, la nuova camera, secondo loro migliore, era collocata all'ultimo piano.

Cons:

La camera posta all'ultimo piano, collocata di fianco all'ascensore, è fortemente disturbata da quella che credo si chiami cabina dell'ascensore, ogni salita o discesa dell'ascensore verso qualsiasi piano si sente. Probabilmente viene proprio per questo motivo data a clienti che si fermino solo una notte, non si fa in tempo a lamentarsi che si parte. Pur essendo all'ultimo piano, la vista non vale la spesa: si vedono i tetti delle case vicine e le guglie della vicina chiesa. Peccato!

Great central yet quiet stay stay in Helsinki.
Pros:

We had a very relaxed stay at the Fabian. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of healthy Scandinavian options. The breakfast room is small so can get quite busy but the staff circumvented this by asking what time guests planned to eat. Our bedroom was spacious and quiet. The hotel is very close to the main visitor attractions, a five minute walk. I would definitely recommend the Fabian to friends.

Cons:

Nothing really. The staff seem to have thought of everything.

Schönes, zentrales Hotel.

Schönes Zimmer dank Upgrade.

Cons:

Für das Frühstück mussten wir uns am Tag vorher für eine Uhrzeit festlegen. Kein Besteck, Tassen etc auf den Tischen, alles muss man selbst holen.

Localização excelente, lembre-se de pedir arrumação se não ele as não fazem.
Pros:

A localização é perfeita, fizemos 90% dos passeios e alimentação a pé ou de patinetes alugados.

Cons:

A arrumação do quarto só é feita em caso de solicitação, como não sabíamos disso ficamos 3 diárias sem arrumação.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Fabian
Pros:

Breakfast was superb, all allergens listed. First place that I've ever found gluten free and lactose free porridge, and that was the standard porridge. Cheese and other dairy items were lactose free as standard. There was a variety of different items available. Staff were very helpful. We were able to get in after midnight with no issues.

Cons:

Check in was a little slow, but we unfortunately arrived when there was a large group ahead of us and we were in a rush for a tour!
