Breakfast was superb, all allergens listed. First place that I've ever found gluten free and lactose free porridge, and that was the standard porridge. Cheese and other dairy items were lactose free as standard. There was a variety of different items available. Staff were very helpful. We were able to get in after midnight with no issues.
Check in was a little slow, but we unfortunately arrived when there was a large group ahead of us and we were in a rush for a tour!

Hermoso hotel. Muy cómodo para recorrer Helsinki a pie. Estaba muy cerca del mercado donde venden comida típica. El desayuno muy bueno, lugar cálido para desayunar. Nos hizo sentir como si estuvieramos.desayunando en nuestro propio comedor.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhig, großes Zimmer, super sauber.
Wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, dass das Reinigen des Zimmers nur auf Verlangen (Meldung am Vortag an Rezeption) durchgeführt wird. Für ein 4-Stern Hotel und diesen Preis etwas schwach.
22€ p.P. für das Frühstück fanden wir teuer. Aber es gibt zahlreiche Alternativen rundherum.

Huoneissa on oma persoonallinen leimansa ja erinomaisen hyvät vuoteet. Plussaa kahvi- ja teevarustelusta ja kestävän kehityksen (lajittelu, pyykit) huomioimisesta. Erinomainen aamupala, mahdollisuus hauduttaa irtoteetä kannussa.
It was conveniently located close to the Market square and the Cathedral.

We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our visit. The location is excellent—close to everything and conveniently situated opposite the Ministry of Defence. Despite being so central, the area is quiet and peaceful, which made for a relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only downside was the breakfast area, which is quite small and tends to get very crowded during peak hours. The breakfast selection could also be a bit more varied. That said, the staff in the breakfast room were just as friendly and attentive as everyone else in the hotel, which made the experience more pleasant.
