Pros:

Posizione eccellente, raggiungibile facilmente a piedi dal porto. Dotata di fast food e farmacia vicino. Struttura accogliente, pulita ed ordinata. Camera molto grande dotata di tutti i comfort. La stanza era molto silenziosa

Good breakfast and staff very kind.

Cons:

Due to little space for it, it is needed to book a sit a day before; it is not a big problem.
Finding a place bigger for the breakfast.

Nice well run city hotel. Good value.
Pros:

Very welcoming and helpful staff at reception and bar.
Barman made a very nice G & T with Finnish gin.
Good bedroom and bathroom, spacious and comfortable.
Nice lounge/bar.
Good buffet breakfast.
Good value for money in what is a very expensive city.

Cons:

Nothing. If I'd had a car, parking looked to be difficult to find.

At first I thought it would be a long distance from the Old Town, but after our first day of walking…..it was just right

Very enjoyable experience
Pros:

Charming Hotel, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Central but quiet location a few minutes walk from the main sights. The staff was very pleasant, smiling and always happy to help. Comfortable beds, good breakfast.
I would definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends and certainly stay there again on my next visit to Helsinki.

It doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel at all!
Pros:

The location was good: quiet and close to everything!

Cons:

The room was really basic. Plastic cups and many times they forgot to replace many things in the room. I stayed 7 nights and spent lots of money in this hotel but when I asked for a pair of slippers they still charged me 5 Euro!!! Nobody was welcoming and nobody asked me how was my stay!!

Un bel hôtel pour découvrir Helsinki
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique et efficace
Grande chambre et belle salle de bains
Bien situé dans Helsinki et au calme

Cons:

Manque de choix au petit déjeuner en sucré
Le ménage n’avait pas été fait dans la chambre entre nos nuits
