Saltó la alarma de incendios a la 6am y nadie respondió al teléfono. Tuvimos que bajar 20 pisos para averiguar que era una falsa alarma

Pros:

The location was amazing. Dani is an amazing guy who kept our luggage safe.

Cons:

We didn’t like the waiting … until 4 in order to check in - they gave us a room and wasnt clean-, and also the elevator broke and there was an alarm that woke us up at 6 am… without any explanation from the hotel.

very satisfied...will recommend to friends and come back.
Pros:

the view was amazing from our 24th floor room
the location is excellent
our room was very clean and comfortable, so comfortable it was had to get out of bed :)
the gym is open 24h and has everything

Cons:

we had breakfast on a Saturday at 9:15am. It looked like none of the staff really wanted to be there, from the 3 receptionists to the waiters. that image does not match the one of the rest of the staff of the hotel.

Good location wouldn’t stay there again
Pros:

The hotel had a very centric location to bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The rooms were very plain (just all white) no character to it. We had a great city view but the blinds were broken and we could barely sleep once the sun came up. Also the room had a cleaning storage area right next to it that was beyond noisy at all times.
