Lovely stay at the hotel itself. We have stayed before and we would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Proximity to the beach, great location generally, staff friendly and helpful, very comfortable king sized bed with excellent bathroom with separate shower facilities.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything about the hotel property we disliked at all. Our observation was that the restaurant was expensive with not the best variety of choices compared to other places. Service at restaurant wasn’t brilliant, we were left to wait considerable time before even being offered drinks. We therefore only ate there once and that was the first night. Wine prices not competitive. We ate at other restaurants which had good choice of menu and also their wine was more reasonably priced.

Det var veldig varmt på rommene. De sier de har air condition, men det er kun en slags vifte på rommet som såvidt virker og du ikke kan styre temperaturen. Det var helt forferdelig. Vi hadde to rom og begge rommene var så varme at vi var gjennom svette og klarte såvidt å sove. Som i en badstue. Vi ga beskjed flere ganger, men de gjorde ingenting. Det gjorde at hele oppholdet ble ødelagt. Bortkastede penger.

Nice hotel near the beach, totally worth a few nights stay
Pros:

Location
It's perfect, very central and close to the train station as well as to the beach. Basically, it's the first line from the sea. View even from the city-oriented room was stunning. A beautuful beach in 5 min from the hotel

Cleanliness
Daily cleaning up and changing the towels

Staff
Very welcoming and helpful.

The hotel even provides beach towels, which was a great favor to us. The place is very quiet, the majority of travellers were elder people

Cons:

WIFI
It was extremely slow, which for a 4-star hotel is not ok.

Breakfast
For 15 EUR per person could have been more varied; a bit excessive price even for such a location as the French Riviera. We bought it only for 1 day and didn't regret, around the area, there's a bunch of cafeterias where you can have breakfast for 15 EUR for TWO people.

Room size and state
The room was tiny; even for such small people as my partner and me, there was no table for dinner, and a lack of space in the bathroom. It would be nice to renovate the rooms, they're a bit old.
