Pros:

The view is breathtaking. We had the corner room and could see a castle to our left and Capri to our right. Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous. The town is the perfect size for easy strolling. There are several lidos(beach clubs to enjoy). It's easy to take a swim or a quick jog in the morning. We love the Gelato place (La Ancora)! There is also a cute park up the street for kids. We were a short bus ride to 2 wineries.

Posizione eccellente: svegliarsi con il mare davanti non ha prezzo. Staff molto disponibile e cordiale, per qualsiasi richiesta. Camera molto confortevole: mai trovata una tripla così spaziosa. La colazione molto varia e, soprattutto, attenti alle esigenze alimentari: ho richiesto alimenti senza lattosio e senza glutine, sono stati molto attenti a non rischiare contaminazioni.

Great location, comfortable hotel
Pros:

Having read some negative reviews before arrival, we were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and access with pushchair was easy (only a couple of steps). The breakfast included yogurts, cereals and different pastries, cheeses and hams, and hard-boiled eggs were also available. Coffee was made to order freshly.
The location was perfect, a 5-minute stroll into the centre of town.
Reception assisted us with booking a taxi back to Naples Airport upon our departure.
